I have been getting my hair cut from the same lady for over 15 years but she is caring for her husband that had a recent surgery so I went to sport clips I like how I can just walk in without an appointment I will be going back until my stylist is available again or not

Got my cut done by Wendy and she great. I highly recommend this place and commend Wendy on her hair cut and care for her clients. Brought both of my kids with me and the staff here are helpful and super nice. 👍

So sorry Im writing this review late.I came here a couple of weeks ago after I got off work, and made a same-day appointment. They were able to accommodate me within the hour. Jen cut my hair, and she was great. Very courteous and professional, and she was able to give me some much needed expert input on what to do with my quarantine hair. I love my new look (she suggested just embracing my curls) and Ive gotten more than a few compliments on it. Jen is great, and Ill definitely be coming back.

Jen my hair stylist At the LF location was very professional and friendly. She took the time to ask how I like my hair cut. The cut was perfect. Enjoyed the warm towel on the face and the hair wash felt like a head massage. I was surprised with a upper back, shoulder and neck massage. She definitely knows how to use her haircut tools. Also, the cost was a great value. I wold recommend her to others.

I was scared at first because you dont know what to expect. This Covid-19 is no joke. So I got there and I was helped immediately, I was asked if I had any questions or concerns before proceeding into haircut. From sitting to the end everything was phenomenal and Jen was great at making me feel comfortable and sanitizing from beginning to end. Brought my 13 yr old son for the VIP pkg as 1st time customer. Heidi was his hair stylist and did a tremendous job. She was entertaining while motherly supportive. Also very skillful, informative, and full of good suggestions for the style of haircut. He enjoyed the shampoo, towel and massage too, of course. I had fun watching the baseball game on the big TV while he got his cut. Were definitely coming back here again.

Sports Clips has done a great job reacting to COVID. Easy online check-in process, reasonable spacing between customers, requiring masks, etc. Wendy was my stylist this time and she was so friendly and helpful. Location was clean, safe, and now I’m not growing a quarantine mullet anymore.

First thank you for opening up, 2nd I usually go to Foothill Ranch or RSM Sport Clips (they were closed) but Krystal and your front desk clerk were so kind and professional, it was such a good vibe, I will go nowhere else. In addition Krystal helped me pick out a new style and look for my hair (had the same style for many years) and I am absolutely happy with how it turned out. I never ask for a particular stylist but that has changed. Kudos to you for hiring great people!

I did not know that when I took my young daughter here, that the stylist specializes in Men and boys. NOT women or girls. The stylist that cut my daughters hair lacked personality and did not know what he was doing. I have been in a lot of full service salons and taken my kids to Great Clips in Wa and they always did a fabulous job. We are new to Ca and needed a place that was affordable and did a good job and knew what they were doingI would advertise yourself as a barber shop with stylists that only know men’s and boys hair. I should have been told the person cutting my daughters hair Is experienced only with men and very short hair. It was obvious he had no experience cutting long hair.Will not be going back

Holly was very nice, but the haircut I received was nothing like what I asked for. Honestly even more upset I paid $24 for a $3 haircut. I did give a tip because Holly was polite... but definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Krystal was terrific. This was my first time at Sport Clips so she was responsible for my first impression . She got me in right away despite my not checking in ahead of time. She was friendly, personable, professional and did a great job on my haircut as well. I will absolutely be back.

Perfect customer service! Despite Sportsclips target market being men, I felt very welcomed here. I enjoyed the MVP experience with a back messaging chair and a warm towel on my face, while my hair was being washed. I felt like I was at a relaxing spa, and Danielle did an excellent job cutting my hair. It was $10 extra to cut layers, but well worth it!

My hair was in shamblesIt was knotted all over and I honestly thought I might have had to buzz cut it.With that said, this place absolutely saved my hair. It feels fresh and free, and honestly, I feel like a new person. Ive been going to see Linda for a while now. Her cuts have always been consistent and always gives me what I want. She doesnt mind giving suggestions and always cheerful. Recently we took my 3 year old son to get his hair cut there and she did a terrific job. Always pleased with my cuts.

They lack a professional hair stylist

Very fast and friendly plus a great cut most the way I like it. Ive learned that its better to trust the one cutting your hair instead of trying to force a style you think you might like. They know what they are doing so let them do their work and these are the ones to trust.

Its been years since Ive been to a Sport Clips and I was very happy to have found this location over the weekend. Extremely friendly staff and the process to schedule an appointment & sign in was simple! The son and I will definitely be back since weve moved into the area.

Terrible experience. I got there and I was told by a hairdresser that I was next after her coworker finished with a client. So I put in my information and sat to wait for my turn. This other person shows up inputs his info and it turns out that because he checked in online, he got in front of me. Sport Clips should revise their policy, especially with new clients. I will never ever ever go to this place again!!! And I wont recommended it to anybody. Please dont go because they wont respect your turn, even if you are a new client!!!Thanks for nothing!!!!

I always have a good experience at sports clips. I usually like to check in online so when I walk in I’ll be the 1st one without waiting to long. I normally get my hair cut done at sports clips every 3 weeks. The ladies are always very friendly and do a fair job. I would like it if they took more time cutting my hair, they always seem like they are in a hurry which I don’t like bc my hair is never cut even on the sides and they need to take a little more time to clean up around my ears, I usually have to go home after and finish cleaning up around my ears which I don’t like especially after spending so much $ on a mans hair cut. I noticed they always give me a coupon for a free hair cut for a NEW customer but what about me? I would like to be awarded for going in there so often.

Comfortable shop to get a haircut. All stylists have been friendly and competent. The MVP service is a nice, but unnecessary, addition to the haircut experience. If you enjoy watching professional sports, theres usually a game or two playing on the televisions.

My son and I are 99.9% barbershop but when my son was needing a haircut, we went to Sports Clips and he was taking in upon walking in. My 9 year son let Jen (I’m hoping I have the correct name) what he specifically wanted and she killed it!

I previously left a five star review and I went as far as leaving a positive review for one of the stylist’s the previous time I went here, even though after coming home, I had to go to another barber once I realized that the sides were that uneven. This particular stylist from sports clips informed me at the time she had 6 months on the job after leaving another industry, so I still left her a kind review provides by her as a survey on the receipt and an over 35% tip.Regardless, I now have to spend an additional $20.00 at another local barber to fix the previous cut. Still, assuming it was a fluke, I didn’t say anything as she indicated she was new and decided to book another stylist the next time around.Two months later I set an appointment time with a new stylist who cut my hair today. Rinse and repeat.I get home and I look in the mirror and in better lighting only to realize how uneven the shaved sides are, only this time it happens to be memorial day after 4 o’Clock leaving me no option to fix it.Every single time I try to leave an equitable tip for the stylist so I don’t understand why they would let me leave the shop like this?I’m not going to mention the women who cut my hair or criticize their skill set. I don’t know all of the circumstances and I am aware I have several tattoos and might not fit the bill for the type of client they want to cater to? Or further maybe I look like I might not tip well enough to deserve the time it takes to even clean up my neck?Either or however, this place either needs better lighting or better clippers or less hyper judgmental stylists? When I feel I can do a better job at shaving my own sides, which I’m now going to have to do to be able to go to work tomorrow, I have to question credibility or concern for customer well being. I work in an office that requires business casual and looking like I got into a fight with a Weedwhacker isn’t going to fly with my staff members.Cest la vie I suppose
