Martin is the absolute best. He’s unbelievably professional, efficient and super friendly. The team always does a great job on any project, and always deliver great service. At times this location gets very busy, and may require some waiting. But I’d say it’s well worth it. Martin does a great job of setting proper expectations, and this is why we keep coming back over the years. Great job!

Needed some tires pretty quickly and didnt want to have to wait for tires to ship in. My mechanic recommended that I go here and see what they have in stock. Luckily they had tires that would fit my work truck. Installation was fast and price was definitely reasonable.

I went to Firestone and had one tire replaced as they did not have all 4 tires. After driving car few miles my tire light came on as Firestone left tire flat. I decided to call American tire Depot and they were able to get all 3 tires the same day at about $40 cheaper. This is the second time buying tires and they were amazing. They provided great all around service

Martin is what customer service is all about. He makes a difference to the point that makes it worth coming back to this place. Other than that American tire depot does have great prices and selection, which probably why they’re always busy. Small place with only a couple of chairs in the waiting area, so best to be dropped off.

Prices are very competitive if you do your research (5 star) however beware of unnecessary upgrades (one of the workers suggested add a part that would have downgraded my tire pressure sensors for an extra cost) and Ive had a bad experience with the irvine store however Martin in the lake forest store was competent (double checked and confirmed I had better equipment and over rode previous workers suggestion)and forthcoming with the agreed price which would make it the sole reason I would come back again.

I chose this location over other locations because of the amazing, glowing reviews 4.7 stars with 500 reviewers. During checked in, I was already hesitant from the poor confusing store layout and the slow check in process. The manager told me for a simple routine service it will take 2 hours. 2 hours pass nothing happened. Told me 1.5 hrs more. I asked him if it is a guarantee it will be done in 1.5 hrs. He replied Yes and of course 1.5 hours later nothing has happened. Total waste of time and day. He told me he will give me a discount if I return and of course I will not unless I want to waste my day again.

But, the main reason I continue to go to ATD is Martin, the store manager. He is so patient, friendly (always remembers my name), and has saved me a ton of money on unneeded repairs their competitors claimed I needed. I called around for the best price and not only were they were much more competitive, they were willing to make an appointment to minimize my wait time. Martin helped me and he was so professional, and followed up every step of the way. There were no surprises or disappointments. When compared to experiences at other tire change places or even oil changes, these guys are the best. And not just a little better, 1 million times better compared to some of the other places where I purchased tires for other cars. We will definitely be back and only come here in the future!

My car got a flat tire and I needed to get it fixed. I called American Tire Depot thinking it was American tire. Asked what time they closed he said 6:00. It was 5:15. Long story short I didnt get my car there until 5:45 and they stayed and put 4 new tires on my car.. Martin and the guys working in the back were very nice. Im happy I called the wrong place....

This place was amazing since the initial phone call. Especially when I spent the first part of my morning sitting on hold trying to track down this very unique sized tire at the dealer. And other local tire places. Everybody was going to need to order it for the following day and the best price they could do was close to $300.First of all I called and there was an answer right away. Martin was able to locate the tire in stock. And for under $120! The rest was history. I ended up making it in maybe an hour or so before closing time. And was out the door with 2 tires mounted and balanced for almost the cost of 1 every where else!Ive got a new tire shop and you should too.

If you need any service tires, brakes, oil change etc dont waste your time going anywhere else. Ask for Martin and he will take care of you. I went to ATD with a damaged tire that I had purchase there several years ago. They promptly pulled it off my car and showed me the sidewall damage. They didn’t have the tire in stock, but ordered it the next morning. By mid afternoon they had the new installed on the rim and bring my car down. I went down they and they Carr of me right away including checking the other tires for pressure and wear. Very satisfied with the prompt and friendly service.

It takes 3 hours for them to replace my 4 tires WITH APPOINTMENT. I called, they said they would call me back in 30 minutes and they never did, I had to call in an hour after that. When I get there, they keep chitchatting with the customer instead of processing my picking up. I really expected good service with the good reviews and how friendly they were when I just got here BUT this was a VERY POOR experience.

I was taken care of there were just a couple issues. No one called or texted me to let me know when my car was finished and they forgot to put on one of the wheel covers.Other than that, the price was right and the services offered like free tire rotation and flat fix is great.

Great service and I did get my car back by EOD. The only gripe i have is when they were looking for my wheel lug lock, they took all my papers out of the glove box and scattered it all over the front seat and didnt put it back in the glove box even tho I took it out for them and put it in the center consoles cup holder and told the clerk. I chose this place because it already had a good review rating to begin with. It was ready to give me a wheel alignment right away. The workplace was orderly and professional looking and the people were very helpful. Plus the price was good! I will definitely use these folks again.

They were great at making me feel comfortable from the minute I got there and they even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait while they put tires on my car. They were great at finding an affordable, commonly purchased tire for my car and one that met my mileage needs. The only issue I had was they didn’t call me to tell me a diff size tire was needed in my car and it had to be picked up so it was going to take longer than they told me. I had to call to find out what was taking so long. After I found out, they gave me another time estimate and, again, I had to call to find out why my car wasn’t ready. I had to call them 4 times. I dropped car off at 9:30am and I had an appointment and it didn’t get done till 3:30! They did apologize greatly for taking so long. I just wished they communicated better and kept me informed without making me call to find out what was taking so long.

Martin, immediately took charge . I need to replace 2 bad tires with 2 new that were compatible. He took in the whole picture. I now have 4 tires that will do the job and not over power the package. I went to this place to get new tires because Goodyear had a sale. While at home, I got a call saying my car was out of alignment. I never asked to get it aligned. And it was never discussed. When I got to the place to pick up my car I said they could have tampered with it and then said an alignment was needed. A big argument and sued and Martin the manager was very crude, insulting, and used a lot of foul language. Good customer service would have been for him to say Im sorry sir will align your car for free since you didnt ask to have it done. We want to earn your trust. No, just the opposite. He also refused to help me with the online rebate which he had formerly promised to do. Very poor customer service. Still dont know if its a scam and wont know. I will go to Americas Tire next time. They have always treated me very well.

Great Customer Service! Highly recommend bringing in your car for tires and servicing. Martin’s (manager) been wonderful and extremely patient with us. You can learn a lot about someone when there’s a lot going on. Martin has been a true professional. Because of this, we bring our car in for new tires, servicing and routine oil changes. Even when we still have an issue, without hesitation Martin let’s us know that they will be glad to look at it and make the necessary repairs. They are very busy because of their wonderful service. This review is for Alex C., Alex, and Carlos.Very friendly, professional, and informative with what needed to be done with my tires and car performance.I had a bolt stuck in my tire and needed a patch. I called up American Tire Depot and scheduled an appointment to come in and have them look at it. Alex C. took the time to check out the damage and we decided on changing all the tires since the tread was pretty worn down and cracking. Carlos and Alex worked on my car and suggested we change the spark plugs since my mileage was over 100000. The whole time the workers there were friendly and communicative in how long the process would be.I would recommend this shop if you need tires as they have a deal going on till the holidays 2020. Thank you Alex C., Alex, and Carlos for lacing my car up with new tires and aligning them correctly. My car rides are way smoother and I’m getting better gas mileage now.
