I called this business to fix my wine fridge. I explained to them I was still looking for my paperwork with the brand info but they assured me that they could come out the next morning. When I called back to ask if I needed to empty my wine fridge out, another woman answered and said she didnt know but someone would call me back. 4 hours later.... I called back again before they closed for the day. Spoke to the same woman. She told me earlier that she, splained me that the tech needed to know the brand first before they came out. After, I rephrased the sentence for her in proper English, I reminded her that she DID NOT tell me someone couldnt come out and in fact a time had already been confirmed and I was told the tech would be there in the morning. I promptly canceled my apt. because I dont wish to deal with an unreliable company.

The repairman came out the day after we called and was on time, polite, extremely professional and repaired my dryer. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Igor.

Another company said they would be 7 days before they could come. I tried Lake Forest Appliance Repair, and I got scheduled within 2 days without a problem. The guy was professional and knowledgeable. He got the Amana washer working and he had parts so he for the repair completed the day he came. I highly approve of this company.

They have friendly technicians and service was great. I highly recommend.

We have this Kenmore ice maker that started behaving badly. I called Lake Forest Appliance Repair for help and they came within an hour. Technician immediately diagnosed and fixed the ice maker. He charged me a reasonable fee.

Can you believe I called them and they told me how to fix it on the phone to save me money?? He said to call me back if cleaning one part that was behind the door of my washing machine didnt work, and it worked!! He even said, It is probably a sock stuck in that part, and it was! I am not even that handy but he talkes me through it. Talk about someone you can trust. I.am calling them first and always for all of my appliances!!

I called first thing in the morning and Ivan arrived around 11 AM. He heard the same noises we were hearing so he took the dryer apart. He found the parts that needed to be replaced, showed them to me, we agreed on the price, and lo and behold, he was finished by 12:15.I would certainly use them again.
