From Mauricio, who came to check it out and give the estimate, to Mike and Joe, who did the installation, to Dave, who kept me updated via phone and email, they are a class act and did a great job all around. They were timely, professional, and just nice people. I would definitely recommend them.

We are in Arizona. Tenant called AC not working. They were available 30 minutes response on Heat Warning Friday afternoon. Best before I got hold of them was Wednesday afternoon. Again -- I had AC maintenance needs and I was planning on calling CC. But I also had tankless water heater needs and plumbing needs, all very recently. Just had 2 new air conditioning (heat pump) units installed at our house. The old ones were 21 years old and on their last legs.I called Complete Comfort first, on a recommendation from our neighbor, who had new units installed a couple of years ago and highly recommended them...and wow was he right!From the time that David took my call and Mike showed up to inspect and provide an estimate I knew I was in good hands.After approving the estimate we had to wait about a week and a half for the units to be ordered, delivered and installed. I figured this was a very acceptable timeline, considering we were in the heat of the summer and they likely have lots of calls and other customers to attend to.Their foreman Eric and his assistants were top notch from beginning to end. Taking care to not only lay down tarps throughout the walkways in the house, but vacuumed and cleaned up meticulously each day before they left.I cant say enough good things about this company, so I am certain that anyone who uses them in the future will have a similar experience. I made an appointment with Complete Comfort and they carefully measured out our layout and got us a quote. We agreed on a system that would be best for us and in a couple of weeks the installation guys came out. Eric and his team of four were very professional and helped me with any questions that I had. They were efficient, kept things clean in the house, and we’re done in a couple of days. The HVAC system is working great!

Both were very conscientious of COVID-19 protocols.Eric B, Joe B., and Alex B. were friendly, punctual, quick and kept our whole house clean throughout the replacement of both of our attic gas heaters and backyard heat exchangers ... with all-electric Heat Pumps ... as well as replacing all duct-work and vents ... all while finishing a day ahead of schedule!. On top of that, they were extremely conscientious about COVID-19 protocols.

With all of this crazy so cal weather it was my bad luck that my heater stopped working! I called complete comfort heating and air and they were able to send out their tech Eric out to assist the same day! We highly recommend this company. Our AC went out last night during a heat wave. Every company that we called turned us away and said they were too busy, or, they had mark-ups on all of their labor and equipment since it was a heat wave. We talked to Laura this morning, and she said their pricing is standard regardless of if there is a heat wave or not. Within ONE HOUR, Mike was at our door and went to work. DURING A HEAT WAVE!!! I had one company tell me they could send a service technician out IN A MONTH! Im a new Customer but they earned my business for life. On top of that, Mike had a great attitude, super straight forward pricing. Our AC is about 27 years old, and instead of pushing a new unit onto us, he told us the minimum fixes we needed to get it up and running. Plus, he listed out some suggestions he had to make it more efficient along with how much it would cost. They are a small family owned business. Im going to keep their business card IN MY WALLET. Thats how much I think of these guys. I dont even carry my own business cards in my wallet.

Just called for help with testing a component on my hvac sysytem.The lady that answered was completely not helpful at all. Today Jul 9 2018 @ 2:50pm

This company installed 2 new HVAC systems at our house. The upstairs unit has had to be repaired 3 times since last year, and I just called for the 4th visit. The first visit, the repair man found the pan under the attic unit filled with water. He drained it and and the AC came back on. After a few days it stopped again. The owner came out and said the unit had shifted, causing it to not drain correctly, so he fixed it. Last week the unit was not cooling and then shut off. A repair man named Art came out last week and found the pan under the attic unit filled with water again. He drained it and said the outside unit needed 3 pounds of coolant at 45 dollars a pound. He said that was why the attic unit was condensating so badly. 2 days after he left, the unit shut off again. I have had to remove the water 3 times this week to make it come back on. Now a 4th visit is required. The frustrating part about this whole thing is that I have to keep paying for the repairs. I just dont think that a brand new unit should have to be repaired 4 times in 18 months. I get a lot of different reasons like, Well its hot outside so it is struggling to keep the upstairs cool. Or It sounds like a condensation issue and the pan needs to be drained. It has been the same issue since it was installed a little over a year ago. I want the problem fixed and taken care of. I do not want a technician to keep coming back and exchanging parts, or adding coolant until it stops breaking.I understand that things break especially since we use our AC everyday. The downstairs unit that they installed works great and keeps our house cool. We have been on their maintenance plan so it is not like the units are not being maintained. We are changing our filters every 8 weeks ETC.Maybe this 4th visit on Friday will fix the issue. On a side note, all of the repairmen have been very nice and on time.Update: Eric came out this morning on 8/3. He told me the trap upstairs had too much of an angle when it was installed. He changed it so it would drain into the primary drain and not fill up the pan. Eric explained everything he was doing and hopefully the problem is fixed. Thank you Eric for your time and lets keep our fingers crossed that you have finally fixed our issue.I WONDER IF THEY HAVE A LEMON LAW FOR THESE EXPENSIVE HVAC UNITS...UPDATE 8/17/18 OUR 2 YEAR OLD TOP OF THE LINE HVAC AC JUST QUIT AGAIN UPSTAIRS.................. THIS WILL NOW BE THE 5TH TIME FOR THE SAME ISSUE. NO POWER TO THE UNIT UPSTAIRS UNIT AND THE PAN IN THE ATTIC IS FILLED WITH WATER AGAIN.AS YOU CAN SEE FROM MY POST ABOVE, THEY WERE OUT ON 8/3/18. I HAVE SPENT SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS ON THIS SAME ISSUE AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY TIMES COMPLETE COMFORT AND MAINTENANCE HAS TO COME OUT BEFORE IT IS FIXED. THIS COMPANY INSTALLED BOTH OF THESE UNITS. THE UPSTAIRS THAT KEEPS BREAKING IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD.IT SURE IS FUN TO LISTEN TO MY CHILDREN ASK ME WHY THE AC KEEPS BREAKING AND WHY IS IT SO HOT UP STAIRS. I WILL KEEP ADDING TO THIS REVIEW UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS FIXED PERMANENTLY.
