This company does not know or understand the meaning of No. Not interested. They continually call usually after hours or weekends and leave messages that clog up the answering machine. We have called numerous times to be taken off their calling list and yet they continue to call. Sometimes two or more times in the same day. They leave messages not identifying themselves as Doctor Genius. No professional at all.

After 4 weeks of requesting my log-ins to register the domain, as of today (4 weeks later) they have not to provided me with that information. At first they sent a file with no information. Last Friday, they assured me they didnt have that information. After some investigation on my part, I found out they do have it. I talked to them today, and they said they would put a request (which is what they have said to me the last 4 weeks) to get this information. It takes 5 minutes to get that information and to send it to me. I still dont have it.Very disappointed with this company.

I have worked with Francesco at 3 separate dental offices over the course of 8 years. If that doesnt tell you that their program works, I dont know what will. Francesco has great customer service and follows up throughout the set up to make sure things are going well. If I ever have issues, I can contact him or email their customer support team and my questions or website changes are handled quickly.Their contract is lengthy, and a little complicated, so read it well to make sure you understand what you are signing. Your online phone number will change for their tracking purposes, youll have a little recorded message at the beginning of patient calls saying that call will be recorded, and your website will have copy and pasted material as another reviewer said. But that matters little when the new patients call after having been engaged on your website.We have been consistently getting heavy web traffic (this is tracked and theyll show you the metrics -- it not just a verbal monthly follow up like I had previously had with SEO companies), and more new patients since the website launched. We are getting what we paid for, and will continue to utilize their services. They are up to date on all the google algorithms, and gave us ideas to keep the freshness up on our website, our google business listing and social media. I highly recommend their services!

I found they had a whole page on Ortho Specialists. Thats when I realized they had just charged us the 2 months without customizing the contents to our needs. It looked like they had copied another offices contents (which I found later). We spent another week or longer to get our page re-edited and up. The website they put up wasnt cosmetically pleasing, the photos and videos we asked them to add to our page were just thrown in there without any attention to where they should be placed and how they would make the page look overall.The SEO did not do anything for us.When we let them know we wanted to stop their services, they talked for hours trying to make us change our mind which we didnt.Later when we asked for help to move our website to a new host they refused to help.Very disappointed.

Shawn has been very helpful in updating my website along with cleaning up my site at various reporting agencies. Their support is excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The sales rep kept focusing in long-term strategy even though Im a new business and need help with short-term strategy. Also, they charge $1500/month for 2 blog posts and advertising, but wont guarantee a minimum amount of your $1500 spent on ads, which they take a 40 percent cut. That being said, they use Google best practices and would optimize your website as a marketing tool.

Impressive results from this company. We regularly receive calls from prospective patients who find us based on our SEO rankings. We have had great communication from this company with regular updates. Whenever we contact them, they are always responsive. We are planning to renew our contract for a third year so I think that says it all!

Now, we are an office that has exceeded maximum potential for new patients. We recently started working with Dr. Genius about 2 months ago. They helped get our website up and running and created a new logo for us. They helped establish Google+ sites and other areas of the web we were not in previously. Our transition was smooth at first, but has been disappointing ever since. We upgraded to platinum pretty early in this process which is upwards of $2999 and have received only 3 new patient conversions each month. Web changes have been done incorrectly or have taken a really long time to change. Our basic services and even location information had remained incorrect until just recently. Blogs contain incorrect dental information and are generic templates written by individuals with a lack of dental knowledge. If you cut and paste content from the webpage into Google, you will find several of their clients showing the same unoriginal content and templates. We have yet to see the promised results and have been refused the ability to move down to the Gold plan from the Platinum. We are still working with Doctor Genius at the time of this review, but we need a lot of changes if we are to continue working with them.

Every website hosting service I dealt with over the years overpromised and underdelivered until Doctor Genius. Zach and Dartagnan have always taken the time to explain the intricacies of the website in a way I (a neophyte) can understand. I have found my website home!

Doctor Genius is best resource for your online presence and marketing. Very user friendly and great feedback on all the data for Doctors and staff to check out. The staff have been really amazing and helpful. From the very beginning with Francesco setting everything up and web chats with Shanyn and Kylie to go over the website design and dashboard access. All of them really keep up with you and make sure you are taken care of and happy. Doctor genius really made everything personalized to my liking!Update July 2019 ------We have been using Doctor Genius for about 2 years now and are still getting compliments about our website. We see other office websites that are clunky or confusing and the Doctor genius design keeps things simple and easy for navigation. Support is great, im usually busy so i just send over an email and they respond back quickly. They always keeping our website up to date with latest website designs/search innovation updates. The reports you receive are a nice way to stay on top of you key word rankings for specific searches, # of new patients calling in. We dont do too much outside marketing campaigns, so through Doctor genius we organically get about 35-45 new patients a month who see our website and reviews, and choose our dental office over others. Francesco also calls to check up and make sure all our needs are being met. They are great. Definitely recommend

OMG, I am so frustrated, I am actually on the phone with this representative ART, and he is stating that he cannot give me the login credentials for my own website, that I purchased the domain even before I got to experience their services. How is this such a difficult task? I do not know. All I know is that I did not want to give one star, I stated that I will have to considering that the transitioning out of their company has been so crazy, putting me on hold for no reason for long time, stating that the information cannot be transferred, etc. For the past seven months that I had services with them, I was advertised as if I am located in a different STATE across the nation. Unacceptable. And I still paid for their services. The marketing rep, Eddie and Chase was the only one reliable, caring enough to call me back on time. Other than that, forget about the services. Just run to another company. I am so disappointed in their services. By the way, this guy just hung up on me. I waited couple minutes, but they dont even bother to call back. I have ten doctors and numerous staff working for my office and we are all frustrated at this company.

Doctor Genius has done a great of getting my web presence organized and done well which attracts plenty new patients. My consultant here in the SF Bay Area, Domenic Farnocchia recommended Doctor Genius after it worked for a couple other practices. I didn’t think it was worth it and wouldn’t have done it without Domenic’s direction but I’ve come to realize that it is money well spent attracting new patients. So I don’t spend my time finding programmers, SEO companies, worrying about new content, updating the style to adapt to mobile devices and whatever is new, etc. I can focus on higher level issues and someone else is pushing me on the first page of google for some of the search terms I asked for. As Domenic reminds me to focus on things I can’t pay someone to do who especially does it better. I used to do a lot of computer programming and web design but Doctor Genius has done more that I would have ever thought to do.I recommended my colleagues to try them out, consider doing it.
