My family and I were moving to California from out of state and we were looking to buy a home in an area that was brand new to us. Thankfully, a family member recommended Jonathan Everett not only for his professionalism but his familiarity with the area where we were considering buying our home. Let me just say that Jonathan did an amazing job to help us find a great place for our family, but this statement does not tell the whole story... We had just sold our home in Oregon and so my wife and I drove to California with the need to find/buy a home within a limit of 4 days. The housing market was definitely in favor of the seller and homes were selling quickly. Just in the time my wife and I were traveling down, 3 of the properties we were scheduled to view, went off the market! Under the immense time constraints, the competitive high home demands, and COVID restrictions, Jonathan delivered. He set a game plan, provided us with listings of more homes that met our criteria, and got us viewings ASAP for the home we interested in. Once we found the property we got ready to make an offer but started to worry about what if our offer isnt chosen? Remember the housing market was in favor of the seller and they had multiple buyers to choose from, and we have a limited time to be in California... PANIC!!! Nonetheless, Jonathan, cool and calm gave us sincere, realistic advice to consider and answered all of our questions throughout the process. So, trusting in his experience my wife and I submitted an offer, and just like that Jonathan closed the deal. 30 escrow days later, we arrived at our new home. When it was all said and done, it felt like Jonathan pulled a rabbit out of a hat for us, but the reality is hes just a great real estate professional.

Im saddened that I have to write this but I felt that everyone should be aware. This is an honest review and I should not be chastised by the Cochrens; because instead of changing or trying to remedy a problem, they try to blame the other person. I have pictures that prove the unprofessionalism of Cochren realty. They do not uphold the standards and behavior that is associated with Keller Williams. This company has asked certain, NOT ALL, clients to write a review ONLY if it is a positive review. If someone writes a negative review, Misty herself has stated (and I do have proof) that she would come at them with any force possible. To me, this is unacceptable behavior and a reflection of not just her, but her company. A customer should not be manipulated, afraid, or threatened to leave an honest review. If they claim to be religious, this is a hypocritical way of showing it. I have worked with Mistys team and felt her to lack empathy because we had issues throughout our whole escrow process and it was said that it wasnt their fault. I didnt want someone to blame, we wanted help and found absolutely no assistance which is why I unfortunately had to write this negative review.

We needed to complete a few projects and make a few upgrades in order to sell our house and Cochran Realty knew who to hire to get everything done fast and at a reasonable price. Because my husband and I are extremely busy, they were even available to meet with the painters and carpet installers when we couldn’t be home. Our house sold fast, and we were able to move into our new home that we love and is a much better fit for our family. I highly recommend this team!

I had a poor experience working with the Cochrens. They recently reached out to satisfied customers asking for positive reviews on Google and I felt I needed to share my experience. I think Misty is unprofessional and she was trying to convince my family to join her church. It was a very strange interaction. Shes also not very smart about real estate. We recently sold and purchased our new home using Misty and Stephen and cannot say enough about the service they provided. They were amazing! I can’t say that we were easy to work with, as we probably changed our minds a dozen times and they just went with the flow and kept us happy. We asked a million questions and they were quick and happy to reply, even late at night when our panic stricken minds would start running. The service they provide is not only professional but also personable. We have 5 kids and they gifted us a brand new trampoline for our new home after we closed escrow!
