It was a last minute thought when I had gotten off of work to get some flowers driving to Lake Elsinore to see my daughter and her new born baby and thought I need to get her flowers now. It’s the second time and last that we or actually my husband is ordering flowers from here he order the first time flowers for Valentine’s Day roses lasted about 5 days and they started dying second time he order it was for our 25th wedding anniversary the roses didn’t even last 3 days and they started dying and yes I followed both time the directions of how to take care of them 😡😡

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my sons prom. I placed my order one month in advance and paid. Three weeks prior to pick up I requested a change in the flower. On the day I was supposed to pick up my items the representative called me and informed me that they were not able to get the flower I requested. The representative I spoke with did not apologize for the inconvenience or even make an attempt to make it right. I paid over $70 for my items knowing I could get them cheaper in an attempt to support local small businesses, but NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!! I will continue to share my experience with who ever asks. Never go there!!!! They don’t appreciate their customers.

I purchased all of the flowers for my mothers funeral from this business. Everything was superb and she spent so much time with me making sure everything would be perfect. The day of the funeral, I discovered I forgot to order a sash saying Beloved Mother for one of the arrangements. I called them 30 minutes before the viewing was to begin and they rushed it over in the nick of time. Now that is going above and beyond and you rarely see customer service like that any more. This company truly cares about its customers. They have a customer for life.

Lake Elsinore Florist has been delivering flowers for me and for my business for at least 5 years and theyve always designed what was ordered - with style and on time. I wish their website showed more of the unique offerings since they easily create a wide range of looks: contemporary, Tuscan, Victorian and so much more. Their floral design experience and large inventory of fresh flowers is impressive. Highly recommend.

Great place. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends house on her birthday. Judy the lady on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. She helped me pick out the right type of flowers and vase and was even patient while searched around to find the address for delivery. The flowers were not too expensive and looked great when they got there. They also showed up right on time. Ordering them was quick and easy and my girlfriend was definitely impressed when they showed up. Highly recommend this shop

I was so impressed that VIP Florist was able to deliver flowers to my mother on 12/31/14 in the SNOW!!! I live out of state and had no ideas it had snowed that morning. Great customer service and it meant a lot that they were able to get the flowers delivered in those dangerous driving conditions. The flowers looked great :)

Annette took my call, helped when we went in to order a corsage for my sons date to Homecoming, and when we went in to retrieve it she was so sweet and kind. A family members mom had passed away so we wanted to make her happy by sending her beautiful flowers to put a smile on her face. Unfortunately the flowers that were revived looked NOTHING like how it was advertised, the color of the flowers were different, the type of the flowers and the vase! I specifically picked that vase because of knowing how much she liked round vases but they ended up using an ugly simple tall vase.Also I noticed an additional charge of $10 wire fee on my invoice so when I called they said its a wire fee and since the money wasnt wired we cant reimburse it but will add more flowers to your order so at this point my order was over $80.Once I got a picture of the flowers sent to me I was EMBARRASSED! it looked very cheap and definitely less flowers than the original order so the additional $10 was definitely not used for my order!I ended up complaining and finally Annette LaRocque responded to my E-mail saying I am really sorry to hear this. I will look at the account today. can you send me the pictures. I would like to see it. I will get back to you later. I defiantly dont want you to be disappointed. I like to keep my customers which I thought it was very nice of her BUT the problem is I NEVER heard back from her even after I sent a follow up E-mail!I will never use this flower shop again and very very disappointed in the flowers and the service I got.

I called this place today like around 3pm on may 27th 2016 for anniversary flowers for my wife. I wanted to spend in the range of 100.00 to 150.00 for a nice arrangement. The initial girl that answered the phone was helpful and was very nice. But when the so called designer got a hold of the phone, she took the conversation from a helpful status to a very rushed and a dont waste my time type of conversation. I told her that I need an arrangement and I needed to know what I was paying for. So she goes off explaining to me why she doesnt have time to have the other girl describe the arrangement of flowers. Altemitlly I b told her thanks but you sound like your to busy for me to buy anything and I hanged up. To bad I could have spent more.

Flowers were beautiful for 1 day and started to dye. So sad.
