I am late in writing this but I had to say what amazing work Direct AC did for us. We were looking to install a central AC in our house to help fight with the heat waves and scheduled a few evaluations for quotes. Van came out and helped run through things with what the install would consist of. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. After looking at our options and reviewing another quote we decided to move forward with Direct AC. They were very flexible with scheduling, very responsive, a great price and value, timely and fast! They had it pretty much installed in one day (during a heat wave)! They worked hard and did a great job. Chris, Jason and Van rocked! They got the heat pump, furnace and new ducts all installed and working for us to enjoy cool temps in our house. We have been so comfortable ever since (installed in June). They were respectful of our house and very clean. They listened to our questions and answered all our concerns. You are in very good hands with these guys! Totally recommend them for any HVAC work. Had a problem with my aging A/C condenser that was no longer cooling. A friend recommended that I call Jayson (hope I spelled your name right) at DirectAC. Jayson was able to help me out by arranging for a same day visit with Van.Van arrived right on time and was able to diagnose the problem within a short period of time and gave me a recommendation to top up the refrigerant to get my A/C going again.Van explained that there has to be a slow leak in the system due to the amount of refrigerant that has been lost in the past year since the unit last worked. The recommendation was to add more refrigerant to get the system working but to plan for a replacement condenser later this year.Van also recommended that I consider the annual service contract to help me keep the system going until a replacement can be installed. I had agreed this was a good idea to implement based on the age of my system.Van was very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. He helped answer my questions to allow me a better understanding of the system and my options down the road. I found Van to be an outstanding professional and cant recommend him enough. Chris arrived on time and was able to find out what was wrong with our furnace. He had the parts and was able to fix it within an hour! Great service and very professional! I would definitely recommend Direct AC! We just called them again for our AC and they were prompt and fixed the problem - we are cool once again! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Jason and Chris did a great job, in every aspect. They were both a great representative for the company. They were polite, intelligent, and very knowledgeable about all HVAC systems. This company put in a new system on our old home built in the 50s. Even though we have very low roof pitch, they crawled all the way through just to hide all the ducting! Very professional work, and we are just loving our heat pump, keeping out heating bill at $0.00 with the solar!
