Driver took everything out of my truck 16 bottle jacks and everything to level houses with. Apparently his wife runs the yard out of her car.

I was in a wreck yesterday and they towed my vehicle to their wrecking yard even though I specifically asked them to bring it to my home. Now they want $300 in cash to bring it to my home when they brought it to their wrecking yard against my wishes to begin with. It has been there for LESS THAN 24 hours.

This place is a money scaming business. I suggest you do not use this wrecker service if your money doesnt grow on trees.

Was involved in a accident and had to go to the emergency room. When I attempted to get my stuff out of my vehicle they wouldnt let me.

These people are horrible! My vehicle was wrecked by a friend while traveling through Lake Charles. We are from out of town, 5 hours away, so we called and asked exactly what we needed. First they require exact payment in CASH (who doesnt accept card today unless they are hiding cash from the government). If the car cant be driven they charge an additional wrecker to bring it out of the yard before you can load it on a trailer to move it. Once my husband gets to their business with exact CASH, they now tell him that I have to be present because the car is in my name (isnt Louisiana a community property state). They wouldnt even allow him to get our personal property out of the car and we have a wedding to attend Friday and our clothes are in the car. They were rude and not helpful at all. They also made sure we knew that they are charging and additional $42 per day until we can come back and get the car. Once again we are from out of town and now we have to make an additional trip, take off additional work, etc....Obviously I didnt ask for their service and if I am ever in need of a wreck again I will make sure the State Police call anyone other than this business.I also suggest they change their name from Affordable to Rip OFF Wrecker and Towing!

This company never state their name or who they even are when they answer the phone. I think it’s the most unprofessional company that I have dealt with. I would recommend using any other towing company if you’re a business owner or manager trying to remove a vehicle from your parking lot. Worst experience ever.
