I’ve worked with this company for awhile now and it is impressive how much time and effort the employees put into their work to ensure that our internet stays working. They will contact you same day with a solution to any issues and are always courteous on the phone. I highly recommend!
We have had FulAir for our Internet/Wifi service for about six months now and everyone we have dealt with has been a pleasure to work with. Dane is our sales rep and continues to support our needs even after the install. Blake has worked with us on any issues weve had and is fast to respond and follow up. They can usually fix any problems remotely, but are quick to show up if they have to come on site for repairs/adjustments. We feel so blessed to have found this company to provide service to Pine Ridge RV Park! Keep up the extraordinary customer service!
Dealt a lot with Fulair as a provider over the years and theyve been great. There are occasional outages but they always answer quickly with whats going on and its always back up and running quickly. Everyone from this company Ive dealt with has been great.
Great service! Here’s one for the books. They told they’d be at my house @ 10:00AM. They were 10 minutes early. I’m so used to being told we’ll see you on Wednesday. Make sure someone is home. This company is a Pleasure to do business with.🔷Nice folks. 🔷
We are limited with internet options in a rural area. When the internet is working, its okay. It can keep up with our fire stick, but not much else in terms of streaming. The service is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Lots of calls and voicemails made waiting for call backs. Like pulling teeth to get someone out for service. Impatiently waiting for a better provider to service our area.
Talked with Jamie the receptionist about new service...very dismissive... therefore reckoned their services would be similar...moved on.
Prices are absolutely insane for VERY low speed internet.
