My husband was a new patient today and was so nervous. It’s been 10+ years since he’s seen a dentist and knew he had some issues. We did not encounter anyone without a smile on their face or willingness to help or offer advice. Dr Hannaman and Mrs Gay treated us with respect and we’re incredibly kind. I’m so thankful we found them. My husband left feeling relieved and encouraged.

This was my first visit here and Dr. Hannaman was great. I came in with a tooth issue and I am happy to say that Dr. Hammond is my dentist.

I will 100 % recommend this clinic if you really want to have a good treatment and hygienic clinic with good staff and professional doctors . They also charge reasonable fees for their services. I got my tooth extracted from dr. Gage who is absolutely professional, explains you about the tooth & the extraction. He and his assistant were very nice as they put me to ease while the extraction. He also called me in the evening to see if I was alright. I thank the doctor and his staff for taking good care of me .

I was a patient and friend of Dr. Charles Guth for many years. I was very sad to see he and Claire retire. As for those of you that knew Dr. Guth and Claire, they were more than just a dentist office. They were a team that made each visit easy and enjoyable. As you might expect I was a little apprehensive about finding a new dentist. Charles leaves a big pair of shoes to fill.......literally. ;) However, Claire recommended office of Drs. Hanneman, Hebert, and Ritter. I saw a very young Dr. Ritter and was immediately impressed with his ability to put me at ease and explain every step of the visit. I was also very surprised to receive a phone call the evening after a procedure to see how I was feeling. He called again later that week. Im very happy to report that I could not be more pleased with my new dentist and his office staff. Thank you Charles and Claire for your many years of great service I hope you have a long happy retirement,and thank you for helping find such a great new dentist!

First visit to this office. The staff was very friendly and professional. Office is immaculate and my wife was seen previously by Dr. Hannaman and was very impressed with him and his hygienist. So she highly recommened that I start going there too. I was able to see Dr. Ritter very quickly due extreme tooth pain. I was impressed with his knowledge and explanation as to what he was doing at all times. He had a great hygienist. He came up with a good game plan as far as relieving my tooth pain temporarily, until a permanent fix can be made. I appreciated his evening follow up phone call to see how I was doing. I will see him again next week and follow up on the permanent solution. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist, give this place a try, you will be very pleased.

I couldnt ask for a better Dentist and staff than what I received there, we were referred from our pediatric dentist due to front mouth trama with my 7 year old and all I can say is WOW Dr. Hannaman knows what he is doing and is incredibly nice with great mannerism. I had an even better experience with my four year old there. They won my whole family over. The staff is super sweet, great people!

Dr. Hannaman pulled a very sore, trouble causing tooth for me. He did so with great skill and precision. It feels so much better now. I dont know how to thank him enough.

Dr Edward Hebert is my dentist. He did extensive work on the removal fixed bridge and attaching a temporary this am 10.15. Excellent work. Lot of detail work & managed it perfectly. I have lived in Lake Charles for 8 years and have had other dentists but none excelled in dental work like Dr. Hebert. Dr. Hebert and staff are 100% amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Prior to seeing Dr Hebert; I had some simple dental work (bonding for gum recession) done by a Dentist in my community. Apparently, the procedure did not go as well as planned. It left me in excruciating pain and unable to eat. After more than a month; (seemed like the longest 4-6 weeks of my life) I just wanted my teeth pulled for pain relief. See, I had no dental decay or anything else wrong with my teeth. So thinking about having to get my teeth pulled, caused me much stress and anxiety. Thankfully, I was referred to Dr. Hebert and he saved my teeth!!!! If I had to, I would fly to see him. P.S. He is not very far from the airport.

As usual, everyone at the office that we dealt with was very friendly as well as professional- the examination was thorough and ended with a good plan forward. I am extremely pleased with my Dentist. They do excellent work. I am especially pleased with the work, from a cosmetic stand point, on my front crown. When it’s right out in front it requires extreme attention to detail to match it to natural teeth. I wouldn’t trust this to any other dentist.

In 31 years of seeing dentists, I have never had an experience that matches the superior service I received at this office. Everyone I came into contact with - Jodi, Jessi, Dr. Scott, and Mrs, Carol - was phenomenal. They were attentive, caring, and, most important to me, real. I cant stand offices that give you the fancy sales pitches and try to pressure you into cosmetic treatments you dont need. When I asked about whitening today, I got the information I needed in a non-pressuring way. I will be investing in whitening with Dr. Scott because he was so down to Earth in our conversation about it.Mrs. Carol, my hygienist, was gentle, yet firm. She took all the time she needed to explain my treatment plan going forward.And Jodi is just the most fun. She is hilarious and personable, since our time talking on the phone to set up the appointment.This IS the place to go in Lake Charles for dentistry. You wont regret it.

As good of an experience as I have ever had when going to the dentist. Megan (hope I spelled that right) was completely amazing! The doctor did a great job of explaining everything he was doing and communicated really well with me during the entire process. Plus they worked me in on very short notice. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a quality experience at the dentist. Oh, and by the way, did I mention that Megan was completely amazing. I had a second crown installed today. Its so convenient to go in and have them scan my broken tooth, create a digital tooth, print it out of porcelain with a 3D printer, install the tooth and walk out of the office in only 2 hours! Technology at its finest. Plus Dr Hannaman is a perfectionist!

Called to make appointment for a chipped tooth. Was able to get in to see Dr. Hannaman within 2 hours. Dr. Hannaman explained everything he was doing and constantly made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure.I have been a patient of Dr. Hebert for approximately 30 years and when Dr. Hannaman joined the practice, I am just as pleased as I was with Dr. Hebert.

Wow...I have visited my share of dentist offices, but I have never been so impressed like I was here. Not only is ALL the staff super nice and friendly, but everyone is very informed and tells you why and how things work. Even when I admitted that I had not been to the dentist in a super long time (several years), no one guilted me. Instead they carefully explained to me how I could get my teeth back in the best condition possible! Further, I have some spacing in my teeth. I was informed about some options that I could look into in the future. Again it was all done in an unassuming here-to-help-you way!Oh, and their system is very up to date. I received text reminders for my appointment. It’s super convenient for the busy life style!I already have my appointment booked for my next cleaning because they have me and my family for life!

Going to the dentist always sucks: except when you go here. This office is straight up five star service for competitor prices. Every single person in every role is a professional. I broke a tooth, and they got me in (early when I showed up early) drilled half a molar out, bonded & filled it and spent more time perfecting my bite than the real procedure IN THE SAME DAY. You have a real issue? Use this office: this is like getting Hilton/Hyatt service at a Mariott. You want Motel 6/McDonalds/basic prices go somewhere else.

This dentist office is absolutely the best! The culture of this office is so inviting and friendly. I took my 3 young children all at the same time and everyone in the office was so accommodating and did a fabulous job with each one of us. I am so glad we decided to give them a try, I wont be going anywhere else.

Ill begin with the terrific staff since they are the first people you meet. Very accommodating and nice! Dr. Hannaman is extremely competent so if youre looking for a new dentist, look no further. His facility is very high tech as well. I had a crown made and placed in one visit. He minimized my pain and talked me through all the steps. Perks are a dental chair that massages and blankets if you get cold.

Ahhmazing! I needed an emergency visit they got me in right away! Everyone Was so nice! And very understanding. My anxiety gets so bad that I usually can’t even make it to the dentist for fear of just being there. I’m super self conscious about my teeth and literally cringe at the idea of someone even looking at them, muchless touching them. They noticed how nervous I was & despite my rollercoaster of emotions I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist office. I actually have hope that one day I’ll be able to feel comfortable with visits and especially MY TEETH!

He is awesome and through. I have mercury toxicity and he was so helpful in figuring out what I needed. Great staff too.

I just recently moved to Lake Charles and was in the market for a dentist. I had lost my filling the night before while flossing and was fortunate enough to get an appointment the same day that I called! I have had some of the worst dentists working on me so I’m deathly afraid of going and getting my teeth taken care of. I dreaded it. But everyone at H&H were very kind and Dr. took care of me very well. He explained everything he was doing and made sure that I was comfortable. Had my tooth drilled, filled and polished like it never even had a hole in it to begin with— within half an hour to fourty minutes. No pain. I am amazed and so happy to have found y’all. I never thought I’d say this after a trip to the dentist, but that was *awesome*. Thank you so much!Franceska

I literally just left Dr. Herbert & Dr. Hannaman’s office ruffly 45 mins. to an hour ago. Dr. Hannaman was the dental gentleman I saw & he was amazing!! I had a tooth pulled by another dentist, the pain & lack of aftercare attention I suffered by this dentist led me to Dr. Hannaman. He was gentle, professional, articulate & compassionate towards me even after having to correct another dentist work. His secretarial & assistants staffers were really awesome as well. I walked out of the office confident, assured & look forward to future visits for more dental procedures. Thank you Dr. Hannaman & staff!!P.S. I am currently not experiencing pain either!!
