The guy who helped us was great. Everything happens very quickly and very organized and very easy. Upper management seem to be more difficult to get a hold of when our representative needed him but other than that everything went quickly. Have used for years and will continue to use

Laci did my taxes! Miss Laci Borel. She was AMAZING. She was kind, fast, friendly. She got me more back than I would have on turbo tax! She found everything for me that I can’t do myself! She had excellent customer care. Handled me and SIX kids at her office right before close (because yes I was that last minute customer). She didn’t rush me. She informed me of the advance that I had no clue about but was SO thankful for. All in all it was a great experience. I’ll be using her every year from now on!
