Great care from the doctors and nurses. But front desk staff seem to have issues. There have been repeated issues with appointments being scheduled then removed with no warning. Weve repeatedly told staff at the desk specific info to be added and its not been put into the system or added to our childs records.

Was not happy with service we got but staff was always courteous.

Beyond helpful staff! Brought my little one in last week he’s been running a fever and just hadn’t been feeling to well.. called made a appointment with them same day! Seen us the receptionist are probably the best in the Lake area hands down! The nurses and doctors are more helpful then anywhere we have been for sure we will be going back! Just wanted to say thanks For the amazing service and being so sweet to my little guy!

I just want to give a big thank you to Mrs. Clarissa Gonzalez! She is always so helpful and you never see her without a smile on her face! The pediatric centers staff is the best. Thank you for taking care if my babies in a timely manner with excellent service.

Absolutely adore the front staff at the pediatric center! Mrs. Bethany, is always so sweet and helpful, willing to go out of their way to make sure our babies are in good hands. Management works hard to make this an awesome office.So thankful for all their hard work!

Love the staff at this location. I also really appreciate that they have a separate waiting area for newborns. Id never seen that before.

My babies were born early and had problems in the beginning but Dr. Babineaux and the staff at the pediatric center have been so patient and helped us out so much with our babies I have no complaints and even through misunderstandings I wanna thank Dr Stephenson for getting back in touch with us and being so concerned about our son. We really appreciate the pediatric center.

With 7 kids total and have a contractor husband weve lived many places and used many pedestrians. The entire team from check in to check out are amazing. Even when my youngest go for their shots it doesnt bother them because they feel welcomed and well taken care of. Hopefully LC is our forever home bc I want to keep my children in the care of the staff at The Pediatric Center. We also love their new office!

We love Dr. White! She listens and answers all of our questions about our 7week old. I just wish they had toys or something to keep our 1 year old occupied.

They are the best at what they do, I trust them with the health of my kids, they saved more than one of them. I highly recommend them to everybody. Always work with you, great reception staff, amazing nurses and doctors!

The Drs are caring and helpful. Easy to get an appointment. Office staff needs improvement. To many unnecessary appointments just to get questions answered or simple refills on medication that my children have been on for multiple yrs. To many missed school days because of unnecessary appointments.

I brought my child in today & we got in pretty quickly but when it came time to check out one girl was already with someone but the two girls on either side of her were on the phone the one on the right of her had been on the phone when we checked I also instead of putting them on hold & checking us out We stood & waited for 8 mins to be checked out when the girl on the left was done we started to Walk up & she called another lady up & told us that the lady had came to her first so we had to wait another 3 minutes for the other girl on the other side to get off the phone.

Love my child’s doctor (Dr. Maria Hernandez). She is very helpful with my 3 children and always provides me with the best medical advise when my children are sick.

Dr. Babineau lied to me... I dont know how else to describe it. I brought my daughter in on Monday the 1st. Babineau told me that my daughter had the same thing that her niece had the week before & that she expected it to last all week but was only going to write an excuse for mon-wed. She instructed me to call back if my daughter needed an excuse for longer. So on Wednesday I called to do just that because my daughter was still running a fever. I was told it would be taken care of or someone would get back to me. When I didnt get a call back Wednesday or Thursday I called back on Friday to make sure that the excuse was being sent to the school. Everything was being taken care of I was told again. Well their idea of being taken care of and mine obviously are not the same because the excuse was only for Monday-Wednesday . I feel as if this is very unprofessional behavior & am looking for a new medical professionals for my daughter.

We loved our doctor - Dr. Rodgers - and the staff. Everyone is very compassionate and helpful. Great place!

Never have had an issue getting an appointment! Have even went to the Sulphur office as a walk-in for emergencies. All the MDs are great, but I do have my favorites! My children have been seeing Dr. Richert Jr./Dr. Rodgers for over 10 years now, no complaints and Im a tough momma! Highly recommended.

Horrible horrible. Better always double check your appointment and Doctor. Before you take off work and dont get seen because they made an error and only offer you sorrys.

It is our second time, waiting more than 1 hour to be attendet, apart the Time you suppose to stay before. If you have all day to stay there go ahead!

I love this place they get u in when ever you feel like coming in for anything to do with a child the pediatric center is very trustworthy with children and I love the work place and team

Love this place....they go at a decent pase ...usually in and out in about 30minutes...and everyone is always so nice....
