I own the service. Mr. Wingate opened his account in October. We have sent numerous emails asking for his collaboration and cooperation. Our process is detailed on the website as is our Terms of Service. He agreed to it when he placed his order. We dont require the moon, only communication. We had to close his account today 12/12/18 for no response. He is angry. I am saddened that we could not resolve his issues but it does require communication.

Id give it 0 stars if I could.No, you cant talk on the phone to the writer.No, they dont have more than 1 style/ format of writing the resume.They didnt understand what my job is.90% of It was just a bunch garbage.Trust me, look elsewhere.
