Tyler took the time to explain in detail costs and what it covers and different options to choose. He was extremely professional. Prior to the first visit he contacted us more than once to verify and confirm time and day to meet him at the house. The prices are outstanding as well as the service.

Tyler came out the same day I called and did a termite inspection. Once that was complete, he explained the types of treatments available and suggested which one would work best for us. He completed his estimate and sent it to us the next morning. He even took the time to bring the contract by for my signature since I did not have internet access. We are very pleased with the service we have received from Extermination and Tyler. Price was very reasonable also!!

Response to my online estimate request was quick. I received a phone call within an hour and was setup with a technician. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the method he used and shared some important facts that I didnt know. I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use their service.

Came out within a day or two of my call. I think I called on a Friday afternoon, and they came on Monday. So within one business day they were there. Technician inspected the house, talked to me about the issue, set out bait traps and put out some poison. Fast friendly service.
