Our washing machine has been broken since the hurricane so my wife brought it by to have them wash our clothes because we ran out of clothes and they charged us $400!!! I’m sorry but what a rip off! $100 or $150 I could understand but $400....no way. Make sure you know the cost involved before they do it. Clothes are fresh and clean but not worth that price.

Please beware, their hours on Saturday have changed. They close at 12pm. Do not expect to get your garments at 12:02. Rather than help a customer they will sneak out the back and drive past while you sit in the drive through like an idiot.

Ive yet to use their services but I know the owner Zack and theres no one else Id rather do business with in the Lake Charles area. Hes a fantastic human being and friendly respectful guy who puts others before himself. I can guarantee you wont be disappointed.

Took two shirts and pair of jeans in for husband to be cleaned and starched. We were going to our youngest sons wedding. The shirt that my husband wanted to wear had two large black marks on it that were NOT on the shirt before going to this cleaners. Thank goodness we took another shirt. Will NEVER EVER USE THIS CLEANER AGAIN!!!! And they didnt even tell me about the marks.

Cleaners are rarely a business I’d rate, but AAA is tops in service and customer satisfaction at my house. They got a mustard stain out of my white suit! Don’t know how (magic) but it’s not ruined anymore!

As a route customer I love the personal service I get from Mrs tes, shes always on call anytime I have a question or need something out of the ordinary. I love the convenience of having my clothes picked up and dropped off weekly. One less thing i have to worry about

Takes a while to get household items cleaned but over all happy with the results.

I LOVE driving through or going inside AAA Cleaners on Country Club Road, in Lake Charles, LA. The staff always remembers me and greets me!! The dry cleaning is professionally completed and the prices are SO REASONABLE!!!!!I highly recommend AAA Cleaners!!!Katie Leithead

AAA Drive in Cleaners is the only cleaners that I use. They are fast, efficient, and when Im feeling social, friendly and warm. Just like I want a trust worthy care taker for my dog when Im at work, I want a trust worthy caretaker of my suits for work and with AAA Drive in Cleaners, I sleep easier knowing that my suits are in their hands

Clothes were not ready on time. They looked ok. This place is very convenient, but the attendants are extremely rude. Wish there were more options on that side of town.

Agree with reviewer who said quality has dwindled. Used this location since it opened. Until recently, all was great. Brought suit pants to be pressed a few weeks ago, and wrinkles were pressed into the pants. Looked like areas of the pants were not flat when pressed. Isnt making sure whatever youre pressing is flat rule #1? Home iron would not get out the creases. Had to return the same pants to be recleaned and repressed. Second time, no creases were pressed into them, but only one cuff was pressed. The other was still wrinkled. Maybe this location is too busy and/or understaffed or staff need more training. Either way, quality has become sloppy.

Great place that has been around for generations. Very professional and friendly. Not many places do in house dry cleaning like this place does.

I have used this dry cleaner for years, here lately they have really become sloppy. I took a blazer in and the bottom was ripped. I took a shirt to be pressed and it came out pressed with a stain that they said they couldnt get out. I washed it, it came out. Inside of my pants not pressed and some of the hems were undone. Shirts half pressed. I am not sure what has happened there but its definitely not up to par anymore!

I couldn’t remember the weekend...but judging by the condition of my suit, I sinned. I took it to AAA Drive In Cleaners and it was like my suit found Jesus. All those sins were washed away. Praise you, AAA!

They always give me anything I leave in my pockets back to me in a little baggie, even just a dollar! I trust these people with not only my clothes but whatever they may find in my pockets too

They do not respect the service policy. They told me a beautiful one and then I had to pay more than what they had already told me. That is why I say that they do not respect the customer service policy. I will not use their services again.
