Savannah Burnett was amazing! She has done a few procedures on my myself and family. We completely trust her and haven’t gone wrong since! Savannah is a great asset to this dermatology office! We always recommend her to our family and friends.

Wonderful staff and great atmosphere overall, very quick to get people in and out, had an infection on my under arm and it was cleared up in no time with their help. In addition to the infection, my face has never been more clear since my first appointment till now. I would highly recommend.

Ive gone for hair removal and been extremely happy with results! I would get really bad razor burn and bumps after shaving so I booked an appointment to have hair on my face removed. After a few treatments all my problems were solved. I highly recommend them to anyone, staff was very polite and made me feel more like a friend than just a patient.

I have suffered from dark scarring my whole life, on my face, legs, and back. I went to Shondra Smith for back acne scarring that I thought was too far gone. 4 months later, I have not one mark on my back! My confidence level went up! I know I can go and count on her and her staff for whatever I need. I highly recommend this place.

Ive been seeing Dr. Smith for almost ten years and I can honestly say that every experience has been excellent. Ive had skin cancer scares, acne treatment, laser hair removal, Botox, restylane, if they offer it, Ive done it. Not only is Dr. Smith an incredible doctor, she had obviously handpicked her staff to insure top notch care to all of her patients. When a medical office has the same staff every time you go in, year after year, you know theyre doing something right. I have recommended Dr.Smith and her office more times than I can count. My entire family sees her and we are not going anywhere:)Might I add that after reading previous reviews that it is a shame that such cruel and malicious reviews have been written due to a rescheduled appointment.If youre looking for a dermatologist or a cosmetic procedure that they offer, you wont regret scheduling with Dr. Smith:)

Only gave one star bc I had to click on the stars to post review. Went there for a hair removal treatment. Woke up the next morning with about 8 burn marks that are now beginning to pill. What makes it even worst is the fact that its in my face. Called the clinic and was told to just put some skin lighting cream on it. Wouldnt recommend anyone going there. HUGE HUGE mistake.

Dont waste your time. Misdiagnosis several times and not very accommodating on appointments. My family all switched doctors.

I went there for my allergy and I dnt even see a doctor or dermatologist,it’s just the staff who checked me ☹️Why make a schedule for patients if the doctor is not available...wasted time and money 😥
