They are very poor on sending out jewelry its been 11 days an still havent got my ring back sent out only to get resized. Will not be back to this store!! Should of gone to Jareds!!!

I giving 2 stars only because of the jewelry.I visited July 21st. Staff didnt greet and the person who took my payment was RUDE. After the third unprofessional act I gave her a little piece of mind.I go two Kays in San Antonio, Rolling Oaks Mall and Alamo Quarry. Danielle at Rolling Oaks learned from the best Adam. These two stores put this one to shame. I didnt feel as if I was in a Kays they way the staff was presenting themselves.

I love Kay and would usually highly recommend them but this one in Lake Charles, LA has just about turned me away from liking them. I got some very very rude feedback just by asking a question about a miss understanding. The few times i have went in store the employees were not of good assistance and were continually showing unfriendly attitudes.

Extremely snooty and uppity staff. If you arent there to spend a lot of money they will treat you as if you had asked them for spare change. I went one time and that was enough for me. Never again.
