Most reliable internet on the planet. Service was back on before electricity after Hurricane Laura. Our house got stuck by lightning, they came out and changed the box within 24 hours. Local customer service, super nice and helpful

Way overpriced for what you get. Unfortunately we are stuck with it. When we lived in lake Charles we had many more options for 1/3 of the price for faster internet speeds. $105 for 100mbps internet ouch!!

I dont always give great reviews, but my cable went out on Sunday during a storm. I didnt call until late Wednesday because it wasnt a big deal until I had a new TV installed and wanted to see what the picture was like. Casey called Thursday am and asked if he could stop by to fix it. He was at my home by 9:30am and fixed everything. Throughout the day, though, I had internet issues. Casey had me try several different things to fix it, but it didnt work. At 7pm the same day Casey called and said he knew what was wrong and one of his co-workers would stop by to fix it. I dont remember his name, maybe Kevin or Justin, but he fixed it perfectly. This was great customer service. For you folks complaining about pricing you know you get what you pay for. You could always open a competing company to lower prices.

Had cable service through this company, still too high priced for my taste

My cable and internet were out this morning. I called and a very nice and patient technician walked me through the steps to fix the problem. I appreciate fast and courteous service.

I have been with Cameron Communications for many years. They definitely have the best service in the market. But their prices for there services are very unreasonable.

I cannot brag enough on this ISP. I never have internet issues.

The internet services the worst I have ever had and the tech support is by far the worst I have ever had if you read this and can help it DO NOT RVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE

Bad customer service. Put on hold then went to 3 departments then back on hold and finally hung up after 30 minutes.
