This place is awesome! It’s hard to say what is better, the food or the fishing. Our guide Chase was totally pro and Chef Jeff treated us right.

If you are planning on fishing on Lake Calcasieu I couldn’t recommend a better company to go with! Not only were the guides and fishing amazing but the food and lodging were superb. Chase and Brian, our guides, were extremely helpful and knew where to fish. In the afternoon and morning we fished we caught 85 keeper trout in total. This place is THE best!

We had a great time, Capt. Erik was extremely knowledgeable and professional! We caught 13 Reds, 12 Speckled Trout, & a mess load of Flounder on a trip that was supposed to be tough, off-season fishing; would highly recommend to anyone looking to fish in Lake Charles.

On May 8th, 2019, myself and two of my friends were treated to a great guided fishing trip. Chase Rains was our guide and he really went above and beyond to take care of us. We were surrounded by storms all day but somehow Chase put us on fish a few times. He patiently explained when to use which bait/lure and quickly made these changes for us. He was very personable and we had a great time all day. I recommend this company and Chase. Planning my next trip!!

And the sleeping accommodations were excellent, the fishing was good caught a variety of fish reds, specs, flounder, black drum, captain Jack will put you on them and will Captain Steve, if the weather would have cooperated I have no doubts in my mind we would have limited out every day ! Great bunch of folks really make you feel at home
