Website said open, called and said open. Went there with my son and the gates were almost completely closed. Didnt want to upset the employee by entering when they obviously were not interested in having customers - this was about 2 hours before their stated closing time. Never let an angry person cut your hair! We went to Supercuts in Lake Charles instead, and they were really nice. Who knows, maybe something happened in the 10 minutes it took for me to get down there, but the lady actually didnt seem too jazzed on the phone. Good luck if you do go! Hopefully they will help you out.

Ok so most people are very careful about where they go to get their hair done, I understand that. But this walkin salon is amazing! Sure you have to sometimes wait, which is expected at walkin salons, but the service makes it worth while. I only get my hair done here. I trust these stylists so much that I sit in that chair and let them decide what to do with my hair. They never disappoint. Especially Brenda. She is my favorite!

Not real good for haircuts they messed my daughters hair up and mine also! I wont be going back ever again for a haircut. I do buy my hair products there though cause their the only place that Carrys what I use in my hair. Thats why I give them 3 stars cause of the hair products if it wasnt for that I would give them a 1 star!

Every time I go I always get the best service. Miss Anna is the only stylist I let do my hair and she is phenomenal. I never experience long wait times.

This is the 2nd time we have tried getting a haircut here. The 1st tome the lady kept saying we will be ready in a few minutes. There was literally no one in there! A few mins later they said the same thing so we just said screw it and left. This time there were 2 people in front of us and they were supposed to call us when it was our turn. We waited inside Wal-Mart for an hr and a half! We checked in with them a few times. Then people who werent even on the list were getting haircuts! Very unprofessional and liars! Avoid this place if you need a haircut.

I dont recommend them for women hair.my hair was lopsided and my bangs were way shorter than the rest of my hair when I finally got in with my regular stylist at her salon she freaked out when she seen my hair and asked were I got my trim at I told her she told me not to go back.its ok for a mans cut but not a womens not unless you want your hair butchered some women may like that look but not me I like my hair natural looking and even and blended.

The lady that was gonna do my hair was very rude ! I wanted a perm and I called before I went up there and she said it was $54 and then I go up there and suddenly it’s $150 !! The prices are Outrageous !

They did a BAD job my hair is screwed up it’s not straight at all so BAD I had to go home and buzz it off never again will I let them cut my hair
