One of my favorite FBOs! The receptionist ladies are so sweet and professional, you get great service and quick turnarounds on fuel, the bathrooms are immaculate, and theres free beverages and ice cream (and frozen fruit bars for the vegans). Perfect spot to relax and eat a snack on a cross country 💛

My husband and I stopped to this lovely fbo for fuel last Wednesday on our way to Destin. The receptionist & lines guys there greeted us with the up most respect. We innately wanted a quick turn but the two line guys there were so busy between all those planes they still manage to fuel us in a timely manner being short handed an all. Overall a wonderful faculty we will be back.

The absolute best and most professional folks you will ever find in the FBO business. The ladies at the desk were knowledgeable and friendly to everyone no matter if you flew in a Piper Cub, supersonic jet fighter, or commercial-sized VIP jet. The line crew were courteous and quick. Congratulations to Joe for assembling such a great team. I will be sure to come visit whenever Im EVEN CLOSE to Lake Charles!! Southern hospitality in all its glory!

I fly out of million air often, very nice, welcoming atmosphere, they have free drinks, free icecream, lounges, they have food, and computers for flight planning and weather briefings. They dont ask you questions and everyone is nice and very professional. Best FBO Ive ever been to. Very sweet people and everyone minds their own business, they are welcoming to pilots and give military pilots food for I believe $1 for anything on the menu. I cant say how much I love this place. Ive never had any issues out of them.Im a plane spotter named @sowela.spotter on instagram and they are always welcoming when I go to get pictures. Im also a student pilot out of chennault and they dont ask any questions whatsoever when I ask them for something

Fast service and friendly staff. Unfortunately the atmosphere was ruined when an angry man in a Chenault SUV pulled up and stormed into the facility. I believe he may have been security. He started yelling at and belittling the girl at the counter to the point where she looked like she was crying! He got louder the longer he went on! This man was actually screaming at her. The harassment this woman had to endure was beyond any boundaries that should exist in any workplace! I have never seen anything as unprofessional as this! Ever! After he left she went and tried to compose herself in private. Poor girl. 5 stars for the facility. 10 stars for the woman who seemed frightened for her life. ZERO STARS FOR THE ANGRY MAN AND ANY COMPANY THAT WOULD KEEP HIM ON THE PAYROLL!

Customer service was amazing. Our crews were greeted by several employees and were treated like royalty. The facility is very nice, clean and comfortable. The food was great and the ice cream in the fridge was the icing on the cake.Will be sending the crews over to this location in the future.

This FBO is beautiful. The staff are very nice and helpful. Its also fun to visit with the military pilots that drop in. The food is very good especially for the price! What a nice place in Lake Charles .

Excellent Experience !! Highly recommend to anyone. They treat everyone with respect from the little Cessna guy to the large business Jet. The line crew is prompt with fulfilling your request. The FBO offers $1 lunch and dinner. Great food from Shrimp Po boy to salads. Free ice cream and sodas. Very clean facility. Would also like to applaud Joe Torres. He is the general manager. Time after time he is out on the ramp getting his hands dirty which I think shows how much he cares for the FBO. A great stop you must try.
