I waited over an hour (still waiting) for a tire change and the company canceled the request then tried to request payment from the insurance company. Horrible company and horrible customer service.Update! They came after my insurance company sent them back out and the man that changed the tire was very nice and helpful. I waited for 3 hours, It didnt take no more than 10 minutes to change the tire.
I’m honestly shocked at all the super low reviews. State Farm sent them out to me bc of a flat tire at my home. The man showed up within an hour. Was very polite and professional, and even helped me make sure I got the right kind of tire for the replacement when I was calling around to tire shops. He put my spare on quickly and filled it with air also. God help me I didn’t get his name but he was great.
I had a flat tired. The person could not find I210 east exit 10, not even with sharing my location feature. Told he could not find me and I needed towing. All lies, he never showed up. He let me waiting for over 90 minutes. The worst experience ever for this company. I only needed to change a tired.
Flat tired waited on the side of the road for over an hour and a half (currently still waiting ), couldn’t get no one on the phone to check on the drivers location or how long I would have to continue to wait!!! WOULD NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!! I called at 2:15 and here it is 4:29 and I’m still waiting
Used Jack Rabbit for Roadside with State Farm. The individual had an attitude the entire time like i was bothering him. Showed up for a flat tire and looked me dead in the eye and said So what is it you want me to do he asked if I had a jack, the one he had was small. He was irritated so i just started helping to get him out of there.
Waited an hour and half and they never showed up. Said they couldn’t find me in the side of the interstate when I shared my location via my phone. Very unprofessional and lazy. Had to call a different company.
I waited on these people for an hour a half, after a confirmed apt, for roadside assistance. I waited by the road as my insurance agent went back and forth with this guy. He said he was here and had me looking for him 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled apt., except he wasnt even here. I ended up having to have the insurance company dispatch someone else, after these guys wouldnt even answer the phone. When all is said and done, Ill have been here for 3 hours waiting on roadside assistance. I had to miss a lunch meeting and call out of work. Absolutely ridiculous.*Anybody going through your insurance company can make a formal complaint.*
Absolutely the worst company ever, with no customer service whatsoever. They were called from statefarm for my roadside assistance. ETA stated 5:06, which already made us on the side of the road over a half hour, with a 5 and 10 yr old. Checked the status at 5:15, and no one was even in route. When i called to ask, the lady was very rude, stating there were other calles ahead of mine, and it would be at least another 30 mins before anyone even headed my way. I asked why the inaccurate ETA if there isnt even anyone in route, and how that makes for over an hour in the car with my 5 yr old on the side of a busy highway, thanks. She then says youre welcome, have a nice day, and hangs up on me. When i called state farm to report them, she called the place, and found out that the woman lied to me when she said another 30 mins, because apparently after it being reported for over an hour, they hadnt even assigned a driver to me!!!! 3 hours on the side of the road and second towing company called, we were finally on the road. This place is TRASH and just needs to shut down, especially after reading these other reviews.
This is only a 1 star because google doesnt allow less, they should start doing zero or negative star reviews... I waited for 3 hours for them through roadside assistance after multiple lies from dispatch varying from we are on the way, to we will be there in 10 minutes then they started saying how they couldnt give me an ETA (after waiting for over 3 hours) we went with a company who actually handles their business... after reading these reviews its a wonder they are still in business. STAY AWAY.
Well, my husbands truck died in the driveway this morning. Keys were in the ignition, in the on position because it was running, and the doors were locked (so no one would steal our vehicle). Battery must have completely died because we couldnt open it with the door code. Called insurance company and they let me know via text they were sending this company and they were scheduled to arrive by 10:53. At 10:51 I get a phone call with a message that they should arrive in 5 minutes. At 11:26 I called my insurance company back to see where they were at. They contacted Jack Rabbit to see why they werent here yet and they said because we had a snow storm today. Really??? We got a little snow and the roads are clear and many people have managed to make it in to work in Lake Charles from Moss Bluff and home from Lake Charles to Moss Bluff. Seems to me someone just didnt want to get out this morning. They could have had the decency to call and let me know they werent coming.
These ppl led me to believe they were on the way for over an hour I’m sitting outside in the heat waiting on assistance and no one showed up they responded and told me no driver was available
Horrible, rude, unprofessional. If the guy would actually listen to customers he might be able to find there location. He hung up on me and marked my service as complete with my insurance company. If hadn’t checked I would still be on the side of the road waiting. I called him back to see if he was finding me ok and he lied and said he was working on it. I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy!
This company was assigned to perform roadside assistance by my insurance company. The agent sent arrived in less than half of the promised time, 14 minutes instead of 47. He quickly and professionally located the issue and got me back on the road.
I have never in my life been so unhappy with a company. I have insurance that contracts Jack Rabbit for my roadside assistance in Lake Charles. My father locked his keys in his truck, so I thought- no big deal, I have insurance. I called and asked for help with a lockout @ 11:39am. I was forwarded information for Jack Rabbit. I called them asking them to please have the driver contact me so I could tell him exactly where the vehicle was located. I was quoted a time of 12:25. The driver contacted me about fifteen minutes later, I stated where the vehicle was located and once again asked for a time for arrival (ETA) the driver stated when I get there, I get there. I told him that was ridiculous and I needed a time. He said about 35-40 minutes. I said this is bullshit! The driver hung up on me. I still waited thinking the driver was on his way. Then my insurance company calls me back and ask if I have already been helped, ughh no I have not. So she puts me on hold to call Jack Rabbit to ask why I was not serviced yet. Jack Rabbits driver told them he did not like my attitude and that I stated that I would call someone else and canceled my call. I never once said I would get someone else. So Im glad my that Jack Rabbit allows the driver to dictate which calls he wants to take. Your driver was a liar and your dispatch sucked! I waited nearly 2 hours and called Discount Lockout $40 later my dads truck was unlocked. No thanks to Jack Rabbit!!! You deserve 0 stars but that wasnt an option!
My insurance sent them out to help me with a flat I had. He tried to talked me into paying him separately to fix my tire. I told him no thank you and he put my donut on and off I left. At first the ride was okay and then after a little while my car was shaking and getting louder. Thankfully an officer saw we needed help and checked it himself and found out that the man who changed my tire didnt tighten the lug nuts all the way and he literally could remove them by twisting them off! I had other people in my car and this couldve been a seriously bad situation. Do not use these people.
My insurance company called them to change a flat tire I had. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! He didnt put the tire on right and it almost flew off when I got on the highway! I had my 10 month old baby with me! I called they sent the same guy back out to fix it he did not apologize. I called my insurance company and told them what happen. Dont waste your time using this company no matter how cheap they are.
My aunt is currently stuck at my house because she locker her keys in the car. We were given a timeline of 40 minutes. After patiently waiting we called Jack Rabbit to inquire where our technician was. We were informed that he had attempted to contact us via phone and knocked on the door, which was a completely lie. We have been sitting here waiting in the kitchen. No one has pulled up not called. When we asked if they could dispatch a new tech or make the original tech come back we were told we should just call the insurance company and have them send someone else because he wont come back. A blatant lie and horrific customer experience.
This review is for the Jack Rabbit contracted by State Farm to the Beaumont area. Over 2 hours waiting and they never showed. Stats on the app showed in route, but never a location, for over an hour and each time I requested an eta it was a different story. Ended up cancelling and requesting a new company due to getting the run arround and being lied to.
Was just told that the driver couldnt get from Beaumont to Silsbee because of the broken bridge that has been fixed for weeks. He then cancelled my service. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
Used my roadside assistance for a flat tire and my insurance company called jack rabbit. I was told that someone would there to help me within 45 min. I waited for over an hour and no one came or called. Called jack rabbit and spoke to Heather who was very rude and sound as if she was in the restroom on the phone and trying to deal with her children. She informed me that no one would be available to help me for another hour, when I asked why no one called to inform me of this she got nasty and hung up on me not once but twice. This company is extremely rude and unprofessional. If your insurance company uses them ask for another provider!!!!!

Insurance contracted this company to come unlock our car. 40 minute ETA with car running. When the 40 minutes was up they said they didnt have any drivers available and canceled! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
This service stinks my cousin locked her keys in her car a she called state farm .State farm sent out jack rabbit so they came opened the door but they cracked her they broke it.She told the guy and then he stuck the middle finger at her so she called his boss his boss came and said he would fix her door then she called the next day to she when her car would get fixed the lady on the phone said jack rabbit cant touch her car .Any way jack Rabbit is horrible.
