Very friendly lady who cut my hair, excellent casual conversationalist. Haircut was short and sweet, liked my cut. Recommend for anyone who probably shouldve gotten a haircut before they left for vacation.

Accepts walk-ins! Lady that was working was very friendly and welcoming. They do not do beards or facial hair.

Do not go there for a haircut, just cutting split ends is fine. Plus the staff is unfriendly when they ruined your hair.

I dont care what anyone said about this place. This is a really great experience for any first timers. For the second time, I came in after my brother scheduled a spot. Still perfect. Even tipped the guy for a job well done. The hair wash too was really great. Will definitely be back again.

Came in here last minute for a beard trim and the staff was really friendly and fit me in promptly as a walk-in. Saw a few people getting haircuts and they turned out really well. My trim was extremely cheap for how professional and thorough they were. Ill definitely be back next year, possibly for a full cut!

Never been a fan of Supercuts till I got my haircut here, I got a high and tight fade which came out great. Thanks to the staff there communicating with me and making me feel welcome. Just a great place to get a super cut any day of the week, I went on a Sunday because it was the only place open, but now its the only place I will go. Walked in to get a haircut. There was only one other customer in the store. The lady working informed me that they don’t accept walk in visits. Appointments only. And then as I left she very rudely added “you should probably call places first, it’s usually the best idea”. I won’t be returning; and don’t recommend that anyone else use this store. No walk ins at a Supercuts completely defeats the purpose.

Absolutely horrific haircut

Never had a bad haircut here but sometimes there is a long wait even if you call ahead for an appointment. Fairly high turnover of haircutters. I have only had three cuts from the same haircutter. Many only one and done. They must do their evaluation of new employees well because the quality of haircuts is definitely well above average.

Went in for a haircut. They said they were busy, so they gave me an appointment later in the day. I came back, only for them to say my appointment was not in their system. And they said no more haircuts for the day...Another time I tried, they refused me again, saying they were done for the day, when there was still half an hour till close and one of the staff was not doing anything. Seems to be a common theme, judging by these other reviews.Dont give them your money.

I went in without an appointment. There were no customers in the store. I was turned away by the staff because they were fully booked for the next several hours. I was offered the honor of returning several hours later.The staff acts like they are an upscale L.A. salon. If you are combining Diva attitude with an overpriced, mediocre haircut, thats a losing combination. What happened to the Aloha spirit?

Stopping in at 1:35, no customers, manager rudely says nothing available until 4:30-5:00. Cutter said she could do it before 2:00 apptGetting a buzz cut rebuzzed is fast and easy, but still managed to do a so-so job. Lousy vibe..buyer beware.
