This is a great shop! I get all of my car repairs and routine services completed here and highly recommend this shop. All the guys who work here are very nice, honest and fair. They make me feel valued as a customer and that means a lot!

The guys were great! After another shop botched my alignment the guys at suspension plus got me in quick and did a great job.

Came in to get a quote on some front end work. I thought I needed all new parts. These guys were honest and told me all I needed were shocks, an alignment, and new tires.They quoted me a very reasonable price and got it done the same day! They even paid $40 for an uber ride home while they did the work.Top notch service, the lobby is big and clean. If I ever need work again, definitely coming here.

2 cars an 08 Lexus and a12 A8 Audi each have had problems over the years but each problem was resolved in a timely manner. I high recommend Suspension Plus and give them five stars. Thanks Ben and Jorge!

Extremely nice people. They did my wheel alignment in less than an hour.

They did a wheel alignment and whitin a year the tires wore out i went back and they told me I needed new suspension parts and a year later the tires wore out on the inside. I talked to people who work in the same area and they said they do that to people all the. Do not go to them and they charge a lot of money please dont use them

In the area visiting family and the car started pulling to the left and moving hard to the left under braking. I knew that the right tow was most likely out on the alignment. Considering how bad the issue was I did not want to take it to a tire shop as I figured there would potentially be something bent or broken. Found this shop on a Google search. Very glad I did. Called in on a Saturday morning without an appointment they took me and within 45 minutes of dropping the car off I was back on the road.They performed an alignment and charged what I would consider a fair and reasonable rate. The car has regained its tight steering, which is something I figured it had lost due to its age. Back to driving in a straight line and back to feeling confident under braking.Along with being a great shop, they have a great waiting area and something no shop I have ever been to has, a super clean bathroom. This shop has fully earned its 5 stars!

Called for an appointment for alignment and told come on in drove 20 miles immediately and told there was a 2-3 hour wait to get me in. Dont tell me to come if you cant accommodate me! Lost business from me for life

Pros - These guys are the real deal. If you want a proper alignment go here. I had taken my car someplace else after doing some work and the car just didnt feal right.Brought it here and the car feals great now. Would recommend

I brought in my car because it was having car trouble on the freeway, and the owner let me keep my car in their space for the weekend because it was not running anymore. I came back for it on Monday and they helped me load onto an auto transport. Excellent customer service, I will definitely go back if I’m in the area!

I got new tires at Tucker tire next door and needed to get my S550 aligned. They referred me to suspension plus and I am ecstatic that they did. The shop is spotless with chilled water bottles and a kuerig machine. They have plenty of comfortable chairs and couches and a large flat screen. The owner (I assumed) was working the front and was very cordial and great to talk too. The pricing was excellent and I was in and out in less than an hour even though they had quite a few customers in the shop. I was very pleased with their service and the condition of the shop and would highly recommend them.

Impressed! I called several shops in the area and they give me reasonable rates on strut replacement and the best price on alignment with courteous phone service. When I came in the shop was clean and inviting with a relaxing customer service lounge. Work was done promptly without any hassles.

I have taken 3 of my cars there for several problems and while some issues were resolved, I ended up having more problems due to the work they did. Brake squealing issues, poor installation work causing rattles, etc. The people there are very nice, but their mechanics dont seem to know what they are doing.

Best shop in town.

These guys definitely know what theyre doing Ive taken my car to two different shops including the dealership and they didnt know what was wrong with the squeak and my back right tire but these guys located the problem right away I highly recommend them and its a good price too

I called the day before and confirmed that coming by at 11am would get my car aligned before noon. Came in today at 11 and had the car aligned by 1145 as stated.
