They have everything that birthday party needs. Staff are also really helpful. Will definitely visit again.

This particular Party City has a lot of bare shelves imo. Nonetheless, it still gets the job done. The staff seem nice and, like any Party City, they have pretty much everything you could want for a party. They even have a baking section with cake pans shaped like various novelty things - butterflies and footballs, for example. They carry a few baking ingredients too, like Wilton merengue powder.

This store was clean, and not crowded at all. Of course I went on my lunch break😉

Curbside pick up was a joke. I waited on my car for 20 minutes. Went inside and was asked to wait in an enormous line. I did for a minute but went back to the person at the door to get assistance. If I didn’t go inside they would have left me sitting outside and never would have brought my order out.Someone did give me my order but when I got home I noticed half of it wasn’t even there. I’ve tried calling for the last four hours and no one picks up. I understand it’s Halloween but at 10:30 I know they are not flooded anymore. So irritating.

Bought a couple novelty items. Fell apart before I could use them.

Placed an order of two costumes for curbside pickup, when I arrive the old lady working there comes back with only one, tells me the other is out of stock. I tell her I want a refund for everything as I was not able to match with my significant other, I get an email about only one costume being refunded not both. By far the worst service and best example of airhead asshat bs.

Nice staff, but difficult to find help on floor. Clearance items not identifiable. Staff said have no list of what items are part if 79% off clearance. Was told it required bringing item to register to ring up to determine if it was a clearance item. There needs to be another way!

Lots of empty shelves. Boxes on the floor towards back of store marked Christmas stuff. Realize stock needs changing but they could do better job of keeping stock off floor, neat.

I have enjoyed the experience, friendly helpful employees. Clean store. Highly recommend.

Well it was so fantastic shopping for my grandaughter 10th birthday they had everything I mean everything. I almost had to have my fi gets pried off the door to leave I wanted to continue my journey in the place where everything is an understatement. above fabulous in that area. prices a little high on some items. as we approached checkout my eyes wandered all over the place to catch a glimpse of what next May want to stay for another couple days. may I add the staff the cleanliness and how wonderfully we my sister and I were treated. the shopping experience was so friendly like comfort food i just wanted to order in and play with everything .

This place, the staff, the inventory in stock and the prices all suck. Never coming back and will not recommend.

I go there enough to know where things are so i dont need much help. Seems understaffed most of the time and tough to get any real help on the floor. High flow for the balloons is a must but it is hit or miss if you get it when you pay for it. Best bet is to order your balloons and watch them fill them. Hard to tell when you pick them up after. Had several times where balloons stayed up for the entire party and several times where the did not.

Party City nails it every time. We shopped for outdoor Halloween decorations at Lowes, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby. Ended up finding what we wanted at Party City and the prices were better. Love it.

Very friendly and courteous staff, decent selection of products, including costumes, at decent prices. My kids loved Halloween shopping here, it was nearly impossible to get them out of the store, they wanted everything.

This store seems to have a wide variety of stuff whether you are throwing a party or attending one.There are lots of costumes and accessories for just about any theme you can think of. They also have plates, napkins, cups, party hats, balloons, pinatas, decorations, party favors, candy and greeting cards. Seasonal items are available depending on the time of year (Halloween, Christmas, New Years...).We came looking for some accessories to spruce up our costumes for a burlesque-themed birthday party we were attending. While at first glance this store seems stocked to the ceiling with great stuff we were disappointed to find that they were sold out of a couple items we wanted. But we were able to get a few things at what we thought were reasonable prices.

Very bad customer service. I did an online order and they never pick up the items from of the shelves till they were sold and there was no more. Very disappointed. When I called 4 hours later, the guy that answered said they were busy all morning blowing balloons. Very careless about online orders.

Ask for some balloons that are there on the counter and they said we do not have, so tell me what you have? and they told me which one you want to ask again and they told me again I do not have it! So for them to be at the counter they should remove the balloons if they do not have them !!

Had everything I need it just one lil thing my son bought something that it says it was 12.99 it turn out the price was 16.99 + tax=18 something and my nephews costume didnt came with the hat hes gonna be luigi. And since my nephew ripped the bag and the receipt I cant return to the store

WE visited this Party City last Sunday, April 2. It has an amazing selection of party supplies.BUT! The reason I am giving this particular store in MIssion Viejo 1 star is for their public Womens Room. I have been to many restrooms, all over the world. Of course the ones in mexican gas stations rival as being the most disgusting. This restroom in this Party City was by far the worst I have yet to experience in the US. There was : NO TOILET PAPER, NO PAPER TOWELS, NO SOAP, NO TOILET COVERS.....NOTHING. And the entire bathroom was filthy. Covered in dirt, urine and sprayed feces all over the toilet. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in weeks.I went out and shared my disgusting discovery with an employee, who was an older female and looked like she was management. She replied, YES. We KNOW how bad that bathroom is. I as an employee wont even use it. Ive told management how bad it is and they wont do anything about it. Nothing. I am sorry you experienced that.I told her that I would be letting the managment know and post a Yelp review. She thanked me and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. Very kind, hard working employee.STAY AWAY.
