I went to the store trying to get my slow internet issue fixed, they told me I have to pay $100 for a technician to come out to my house, I said that I the equipment belong to cox and why should I pay for cox to fix their equipment, the customer service rep told me that he doesnt make the rules, when I asked to speak to a manger, he replied no one is available right now, when I asked again to speak to a manager, he told me; HAVE A NICE DAY SIR.The most unprofessional and unfriendly customer service I have ever seen, Cox doesnt understand that we are the customers and pay for a service, and service is what they cant provide.

Very friendly customer service to start with. Easy understand they camp on time and the service and installation was perfect. Over all my Internet speed is super fast. Ive always had great experience at the Cox store when it was on Golden Lantern. Since moving to the La Paz location, it seems that staffing has gone down and the level of tech support is less than before. Still great people, but just not the same fast experience.

Went ok. Had to upgrade to Contour as my old box kept restarting. One big thing I dont like about Contour is the guide no longer has the pip of the channel I was watching. In other words the whole screen is filled with the guide information and I no longer have that small corner view of the channel I was watching. So my rating is more based on the Contour experience. Overall the setup was very easy.

I just had Cox Internet, Cable and Cox HomeLife Security installed. I was impressed with Jorell Mitchell, the technician that installed all my equipment. He was very polite and thorough. I am excited to use my new cable TV, especially with the voice activated remote. Ive never had a cable system that does so much. I also like that the panel for the Security System sits on the counter (like a little computer) and doesnt have to be installed on the wall. It also does way more than most security systems that Ive had in the past........even tells you the weather forecast.Another note: Every time Ive called Cox the representatives have been very friendly and helpful.

Make sure you dont give Cox your Smart TV HDMI Connect Box! We moved and took back all our Cox equipment to the Laguna Niguel Store. We had the Samsung Smart TV Mini One Connect Box and Mini One Cable in the bag with all the modems, cable boxes and remotes. The person looked through the bag and said Its all here. and that was it. The replacement box and cable cost me a couple hundred bucks. My main complaint is that I tried to call the store but cant get through to a live person unless without their extension number.

This store is scam artist central. After using there services for 4 months, they continued to charge me for additional time, after they promised me and confirmed they were no longer charging me for services I was no longer using. They know have charged me an additional $145, which they sent to collections and is now negatively impacting my credit. Do not trust them, they are leaches to society and prey on service members on Camp Pendleton.

Went into store looking to see how I could save some money on my bill. I asked if perhaps I turn off my landline if that would be more cost effective or if I should remove some part of the package. Associate was unable to really offer any info and tossed a flier on the counter and told me to look it over. After 5 minutes of non information and a real lack of expertise or interest I asked him not to do anything to my account of 26 years and I would call Cox since I usually have a good experience on the phone. Went home to make the call and I received an email my phone had been shut off. 5 minutes later I got a survey to fill out. Which I did with my unhelpful frustrating experience fresh in my mind. I will never go back in and am seriously considering going with AT&T. How much more expensive can it be!

What a pain... you get told one thing in the store and then when you try to follow up, you need to remember who you talked to otherwise you have to call the main number who keeps opening orders to fix your bill but NOTHING COMES OF IT... only been 3 months of paying a ridiculous bill that was not in the original conversation.
