If I could give this establishment 0 stars or even NEGATIVE I would this is a scam. Larry claims to be so filthy rich and scammed me for 400$. Super rude I wish I had seen these reviews sooner. Poor company to work for glad I didn’t join the team. He didn’t even let me speak and when I tried to tell him I didn’t feel comfortable anymore because of my recent injury he just suggested I work with my other arm and started to get aggressive. They don’t care about there employees or anyone they just want your money non of what indeed says is true

I applied for this company and showed up to an interview with a partner. When we showed up Larry the recruiter or whatever he says he is came out, stared at us, and didn’t say a word so I spoke up and said we’re here for an interview. He asked for our resumes looked over them and I don’t know why but he was so rude and picked on me for no reason. I mean I don’t even know the guy and he’s the one that’s looking to hire employees so how could you start an interview with such disrespect.. it was pathetic.

This doesn’t speak for their quality of service but instead their incredibly rude attitude and pathetic character. I applied for a job and was told to call a number, I had questions regarding the operation of the job and voiced them over the call. The man I talked too was incredibly rude and disrespectful. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business and I wasn’t even a customer, now imagine if you just wanted to schedule a detailing appointment. Character speaks volume, don’t waste your money on this astonishing disrespectful establishment. Put your money in a company that will treat you with dignity not this place.

Applied to this establishment and the individual who responded to my application was very aggressive and rude over the phone. Additionally, after the call, he sent me an email AND a voicemail where he bragged about the pay and how it was a union job — all while belittling me and insulting my character. If his unprofessional behavior is a reflection of this company, I cannot recommend it.

Applied here only to find out what this company’s about and shocked to find out I was threatened from trying to reschedule a appointment the guy wouldn’t tell me his name either and denied it was him than proceeded to call me “ tough guy”. Really happy I didn’t not work for this company! Don’t recommend even their service. Was even a customer before.gonna also let corporate know of this behavior.

Nothing like this if the Industry. Was searching to start a professional detailing business and am glad I found this company. Business Training, State of the art products and support is fantastic which helped me get my business to an explosive start. My wife is blown away by the money were making. Thanks Caretta!

Best Detailing Company in the Industry by far! Researched many companies and Caretta offered so much more skill and advantage for so much less cost. I was researching starting my own Detail Business when I came across this company. Set up an appointment and I was blown away by their credentials,, innovation, tools, products and Business/Marketing Training. Through my research, theyre the only detailing company that has been on the front cover of Entrepreneurs Business Magazine, twice! They are not your average detailing company.

It is an absolute pleasure to be an Independent Dealer with Caretta. ALL my customers have been blown away with how their vehicles have come out after I polished and protected their paint. They have all said that their car looked better than when they drove it off the lot. My customers loved the interior jobs that leave interior looking new again.

These guys know what theyre doing. Ive been an auto detailer for 5 years and needed an edge. I just became a Dealer and went through their Dealership training, and their system is smarter with less steps. Their tools and products leave a richer color to the paint finish. Im impressed, so I know my customers will be too. Management has been very professional and responsive and their staff is great. Love their support. Wish I knew about this a long time ago!

Caretta detailing in did a great great job detailing my husbands Audi R8. We were scheduled for a last minute event to show up in LA and needed the car detailed asap. There team came right on schedule to the designated location and got right to work. They did a excellent job detailing the exterior and interior of the car, I literally did not find one spec of dust - just awesome. The rims were immaculately clean - exactly what we needed. They did a swift and thorough job - we were able to load up the trailer an head off to the event right on time. These are my goto team when it comes to professional detailing work on our show cars. Contacted them for a job. The guy was very nice and professional and gave me a lot of information about the job about what they do and set me up for a interview. But unfortunately I was unable to make it to the interview due to a family emergency. I notified them that I wouldn’t be able to make the interview and apologized for the inconvenience. They contacted me back and where understanding of my situation. I’m not sure why other reviews say that they are rude and unprofessional that’s not the vibe I got from them. They are very nice and professional people. I definitely would recommend them for anyone seeking a job in auto detailing.
