Good service...Good price

The Budget place we used to go to is no longer in operating. This is the next closest place. Far different environment than what we were used to. This place is a moving company and more of a rough and tumble operation. They are straight forward and the rental pricing is about the same as the last place, but dont expect an inviting place of business. Its been around for quite a few years and it shows. The office probably hasnt been cleaned since they started business. Carpet is filthy, decor is just whatever from the 70s and there is clutter everywhere. Its a little uncomfortable with nowhere to sit while you wait and if there is a chair available you probably wouldnt want to sit on it. Seems like Budget would expect a little higher standard. But in the end I got the truck I needed at a fair price.

Not worth it. The loading part of the truck was dirty, broken glass was everywhere aka they dont sweep it before you rent it, the walls and floor were made of crappy wood and there was actually a hole in the floor. Sure is nice to get shards in your mattress and furniture... Also, their only truck with a ramp has six wheels so youre forced to get insurance if youre used to having your credit card insure you. Got charged a total of $75 just to go 6 miles. Ive been charged the same price for the same size truck -- and much nicer/cleaner -- to go 65 miles with U-Haul. The only plus was that the staff was friendly. Youre still better off renting elsewhere.

Neither had the truck nor the dolly that were reserved well in advance. Lied that they tried to notify me about it stating that I gave them wrong phone number. So we had to completely scramble our plans last minute because they failed to fulfill their reservation.

Just called to see the availability of a 24 or 26 ft truck. I was told they would check and after about 5 min on hold, was hung up on. We rent trucks pretty regularly for deliveries and after this experience, probably wont be calling this budget office again.
