Im sure youre thinking why would she give the Social Services Agency five stars? Because they deserve it! I was in and out of here in 35 minutes and that included being a walk-in and waiting only 15 mins to talk to one of their agents! Everyone was friendly, nice and clean! And I received outstanding service. Well Done SSA!

Very nice, helpful, fast, and through. Great location never packed and Effiecent and respectful, courteous, friendly staff. Wasn’t what I expected having been to other locations without much success or satisfaction.

Hello I am a Disabled Senior needing assistance I have called several times filled out all the forms for Cal fresh have been completely ignored was wondering if I am being Discriminated against because I am White,Senior or because I am disabled

I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Always very nice and so fast never a wait i go for food stamps and the employees are so well informed . Sometimes people may feel uncomfortable asking for assistance fear not from bery nice and so very considerate to omes needs. I applaud this place for services they provide. So many other agencies dont even compare when it comes to human compassion and seriously not to have to wait hours or even an hour for assistance. Who ever runs the show i commend u on how the employees and i thank them also for being so professional and making things not as frustrating that it could be. Everyone is always cheerful and u feel like youre going to be ok

Very friendly staff, timely service. Always have a good experience at this location. Brook Ullrich and Marry Barrett and Sara in Dosu have been so helpful with assisting me in getting back on my feet again after many hardships. Very grateful for the assistance from this place and would reccomend.

Man best social services place i went to ever. I did have to wait now like an hour. Thats nothing. It was like 3 people ahead of me. So like 4 of us in building. The worker was friendly. Highly respectful and full of energy. I felt like a superstar for a couple of hours. Tell yo mommy & daddy. Its a nice place to come and go bck home to.

People are extremely helpful. They really go out of there way for you. I was very surprised. I expected to be waiting in line at the DMV but the people here are incredibly helpful!

The staff is polite. The clientele, is high as kites. The wait, is brutal. The guys with the Obama phones, are getting too pushy. Doing the best they can- I hope. Deputies, are maintaining order. A lotta bikes, backpacks and white, knee-high socks.

I was told that this location can only help if you have children, not Seniors. They were very nice and advised me to visit the Los Alisos location. I never made it there.

Came in there were a few people waiting to be called they told me if in 30 min no one called me to go up to the window well the 30 min came and went so I went to the window and told them that I was still waiting to be called and with a 2 year old brat that doesnt wanna listen its was horrible. Im still waiting to be called I got here at 1:15pm its 2:17pm and by the looks of it its gonna be a while. Update on this i ended up leaving because they where just lagging telling me their supervisor was gonna come down too help well never happened so I got super annoyed by the way they where NOT helping. I learned my lesson never coming back. Aliso Viejo location way better

Internet never works. You need to go to a library or home to look for work. JRS is a joke the career fairs where you can find $13 hourly jobs. Not enough to pay rent and not enough to pay food or buy gas to get back and forth to work every week. I am reapplying for 5th time in 2 years. It is disgusting I need to waste time only to be pushed into jobs I will not be able to afford to drive to once they finish the program.
