I came from Phoenix to get my fiancé’s ring cleaned and was treated beyond what I could have asked for. On top of the great service, they took their time in cleaning the ring which was worth while. They did such a fantastic job, it was beyond d my expectations. I can only imagine how they are in doing business with them. I highly recommend this jewelry shop for business and to build a relationship with them. Great group of people with quality services.

I needed to get a ring fixed. It broke at the bottom of the ring shank. I took it to Mardis Jewelry Design. They said they could fix it, and would have it finished in about an hour. I went and got some lunch at the Subway next door. I came back in about 40 minutes and the ring was fixed. They also made the shank a little thicker so it would not break again. The ring was polished and look brand new. I was happy so I had them fix a gold chain that had broken. They fixed that while I waited. That chain only took about 10 minutes to fix. They did a good job on my repairs. I was very satisfied.

Had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend them! I called around and got several prices to resize a white gold ring. Their price was very competitive and although there were several jewelers closer to where I live, I decided to go to Mardis due to the great reviews. While there, I decided to get another ring sized, and they did both of them in about 2 hours. This saved me another trip there, which I really appreciated. It was definitely worth the 30 minute drive due to the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

My parents have been dealing with Mardis Jewelry for over 15 years. For the very first time last month I asked Maral to help me pick a diamond ring for my wife that was beautiful yet affordable within my budget. Not only did they fix it on the spot, but it only took 10 minutes and they polished it too. It almost looks as good as it did when my father bought it 35 years ago.Thees guys are fabulous! And the price was so much less than expected

Wow I was floored, everyone else in the area said they would take 2-5 days to resize a sterling silver ring. Mardis did it in 30 minutes one third of the price and even polished it. Will definitely go back!

Mardis is one of those places that you always seem to find a quality piece or two every time you visit. Deals are always fair as well and very great, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
