Best escrow company ever. As a real estate attorney I know who is good and who is not. This company is the best. They care about each client, and they are very knowledgeable. In my experience, small independent escrow companies like the Escrow Forum are far better than escrow companies that are owned or controlled by real estate brokers. The Escrow Forum is there for you, and only for you.

VERY VERY VERY bad customer service, Jaime never return call. Office personnel has a very bad attitude except Maria the receptionist. The office manager assistant raised her voice & hang up, very unprofessional over all. Misinform information...SAD!NO STARS but I had to put something or else I cant post.
