I had a horrific experience with Karl, Alex and Victor.I paid for ceramic coating for my 911, Alex came and applied coating. I found some imperfections and told Alex to come back fix it. Then everything went wrong.Alex burnt the paint on my car. I had to get Karl the owner to fix it. Then I told Karl to make everything perfect. Karl had another guy Victor work on my car but they just dont care about details at all. At the end Im still seeing uneven coating and scratches everywhere. See the attached picture.Victor told me: Im not getting paid to get this job done so do not expect it to be perfect.Now Ill have to pay for another company to remove this coating. What a waste of time and money. Avoid this place if you care about your car!

Karl was prompt to answer all my questions and setup the appointment. Alex showed up on time and was patient as we ran into issues with the property manager. Wasnt able to receive the detail because of the property manager, but the customer service I received speaks for the quality youre sure to receive when you book.
