DISCLAIMEREverything listed in this review is true to the best of my knowledge and recollection and is based off of my own personal experience dealing with this company.My insurance company sent out Rainbow Intl. to my home to do mitigation work for a water intrusion event. Once the demo work was complete and the cause of the intrusion our insurance adjuster came out to assess the damage and we were sent a check to pay for the rebuild.I contacted Rainbow to have them do the rebuild and Andre came out. At first, he was professional but then he asked to see the insurance company assessment. I declined to show him as we needed other work than just what the insurance company paid out and tried to tell him what extra work we would need but he became very rude and abrasive saying that they don’t “piece meal” a job (whatever that means) and that a job has to be worth a minimum of $5000 or else it is not worth it to him. He reluctantly took measurements, said I would get a call from the office, and left.I did not get a call from his office, which I was not expecting bases on how his attitude towards me was so I shopped around for other contractors. One contractor that came out noticed that there was a separation in my countertop that was caused by improper support of the counters. Rainbow had only used 2 2x4 supports to keep up nearly 12 feet of counter. Unfortunately, when this contractor attempted to reset the counters back, they broke. Had Rainbow provided adequate support for my counters the separation would not have occurred and they would not have broken during reconstruction. New counters cost me over $4000 due to low supply at the time.I tried to reach out to Andre to explain what happened but he never responded, instead he made his office staff address the issue but was met with nothing but excuses. Eventually after all attempts at a reasonable conclusion I had to take them to small claims court. Andre was late to the hearing and even lied to the judge when addressing my complaint. However even after his lies, my photos showing their negligence in properly supporting my counters, even a signed notarized statement from my contractor saying that the counters broke because of the separation caused by their negligence, the judge sided with Rainbow. Justice was not served that day.I have attached pictures showing the separation and the whopping 2 supports they put in as well as the separation and subsequent break in the counter. My advice based off of my experience with them is do not work with them. There are a dozen other water clean up companies out there who can give you better customer service and will do a better job.

Great organization. They called and were prompt in their follow up. Very professional in their work keeping me fully informed of what they were doing and why.They were always courteous and time sensitive to my schedule. Did the work and cleaned up after themselves.Id recommend them, Luis was great.

Luis and the guys did a great job! Arrived on time. Super clean, professional and diligent. They were very careful with our kitchen appliances and surrounding furniture when they had to do some water damage cleanup. Everything was handled with care and set aside nicely not to obstruct main walkways and entrances in our small condo during the repair. These guys kept the mess with demolition to a minimum and when they were done they cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. 100% recommend these guys!

Luis Martinez, was responsible, respectful. He was very thorough with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and always took time to explain the process. He is a great asset to the company. Highly recommend his service. The crew was very efficient and worked hard. The work was clean and they covered my floors so the dust was contained.

This review is for the work estimation phase and communication with Luis at Rainbow International of Orange for a water damage restoration project. Not the actual job. I didnt go with Rainbow because I read a couple of 1-star reviews from 2 years ago. Luis is very knowledgeable and professional throughout. After he knew Ive already selected another service provider, he still spent some time and answered a few of my questions to his best knowledge, which surely helped me understand the restoration process better. I also learned during the conversion that Rainbow had an owner/management change in mid-2019. The 1-star reviews are from bad customer experience from previous management. When I got any cleaning needs in the future, Ill surely try their service.

I had water damage from a clogged AC condenser drainage pipe. Project manager Luis & crew did an excellent job start to finish. Luis was very responsive, punctual, professional, highly knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. I had several questions and he answered them all very knowledgeably and thoroughly. The crew was also very efficient and professional in setting up drying fans and dehumidifiers. I definitely recommend this company.

Luis and his team did a great job in our home. We never had a flood before so I was unfamiliar with the process. He arrived same day and walked me through everything that needed to be done. The crew were helpful and friendly. Best of all they handled everything for me directly with my insurance.

Luis and his coworkers Randy and Jack all did a great job, were on time and knew what they were doing and did a thorough cleanup before they left. I highly recommend their service.

We had a flood issue right before the Christmas Holiday and the crew over at Rainbow Restoration came through with flying colors. They cleaned up the pool of water and worked quickly to fix the damage. I was still able to host my family from out of town without incident. Thanks for all your help Rainbow! I highly recommend this company, you wont be sorry :)

Very Professional and Efficient group of people. I had them come in for some water restoration to my subterranean living room. Turns out I had some mold issues as well. They worked with my insurance company and ensured I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Mr. Luis Martinez was very knowledgeable and professional. He setup and explained why equipment was installed. Checked on the progress of the equipment and removed it in timely manner when it served its purpose.

I am positing this review on my companies behalf. We are a mold testing company here in Orange County and have worked with Rainbow International of OC for a little over 3 years now. I must say that the new ownership has really turned this company around in such a short time. They are simply not the same company and I mean that in the best way possible. Naomi (the office manager) goes out of her way to ensure everything and everyone is taken care of. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and we will continue to work with them far into the future!

We had a plumbing disaster...a hot water pipe burst underneath our house (raised foundation). Wed had some exposure to Rainbow in the past, for a different peril (dont ask), and were a tad skeptical, to be brutally honest. Our insurance carrier, Liberty Mutual, contracted with Rainbow, for cleanup & subsequent remediation & abatement tasks...so we didnt really have a choice about using them (so long as Liberty Mutual was paying the bill).Anyhoo...thats the backstory. To make a long story real short...Rainbow assigned and dispatched a nice young man, Luis Hernandez, to our house...the evening it was reported to Liberty Mutual. He came out LATE that evening...did a spot inspection, and formulated a gameplan for cleanup/abatement, with his central office staff. But, he also conveyed to us, and assured us, that *HE* was to be Rainbows point person & project manager, throughout this endeavor.Suffice it to say, that Luis, was *exemplary*...with his communications...his committment to our project...his sensitivity to OUR work schedules and the disruption this was causing to our lives...and so forth. He followed up with every detail...was prepared when gameplans had to shift slightly (we had Linoleum tile underneath our ceramic tile which caused Asbestos issues...uugh!...as an example)...got his hands dirty & crawled under our house numerous times...handled Rainbows crews...etc.In conclusion, we would *STRONGLY* recommend asking specifically for Luis Hernandez...to be allocated as the lesd resource on ANY job that Rainbow engaged you for! I am writing this on behalf of my uncle Al. Al recently had rain damage to his house. I guess he had a small roof leak and the recent rain made it much worse. The next thing he knew, his living room was flooded with about 2 inches of water. The team over at Rainbow OC responded very quickly. They came by same day and set up their equipment. Long story short, they cleaned up the damage before any mold could strike and they managed the insurance companies for us. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Go Rainbow!!!

Project Manager Luis was great and service was prompt.

Ive had the worst experience with Rainbow Orange County. The company was hired to repair the inside of the home and I found out the hard way they never pulled permits, so, its been one long battle/journey with Rainbow and the county. I regret that I ever came across them and Ill make sure that after this ordeal is done that I never again use their services.
