This is our new go-to company. They were very professional, wore masks the whole time, were fast, honest, and it was affordable. We needed to replace our fans motor, they got it replaced in two days and the actual service call was about an hour. These guys are great, highly recommend.

It has been 12 years since we had our new furnace and air conditioning installed. We needed to have a sediment trap installed per directions from a home maintenance inspector. The GOOGLE reviews helped me decide who to call to have a routine inspection and sediment trap put in. I spoke with Matt to schedule an appointment. Today, Jorge came out to do the inspection. With the pandemic. Jorge showed up with a mask and booties. Jorge explained what he found in a clear and concise manner. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them so I could understand. I wanted more coolant and he said that I did not need any because there were no leaks in our system. This process was so easy. Payment was done electronically and the spot. I will be calling Capistrano Air next year for the service as well. I highly recommend this company!

There is nothing i dont like about the entire experience. Starting from sales, to contract to installation to cleanup. This is a honest business with good old fashion honesty and work ethics that you will appreciate and cannot find elsewhere.Patrick worked with me on numbers to help with a viable solution that I was able to afford to replace 2 brand new central AC systems simultaneously.So i got 3 guys here (they just finished 1 hrs ago), each with individual jobs and speciality for 2 days in a row installing 2 brand new systems and gutting some extra duct work. The teamwork between the guys (Mike, Hector and Zack) was impressive and flawless. Their professionalism was throughout the process and is reflected in the completed job.I did make my comparison between several companies and by far this company stands out. I will definitely use this company again for repairs (at my parents place!) and also highly recommend them to anyone interested in system replacement.I now am ready for the summer with quieter and more efficient systems. Matt was very helpful in getting everything scheduled and set up for me. I had two smart thermostats installed and my HVAC system checked out. Jorge was amazing and went above and beyond he changed out my air filters for me as well. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

They did not push a full system replacement. They offered me 3 different ways to move forward. I selected the option best for me after considering their council. The repair was done quickly and our system is back online. Very happy, will be back for future work, and will recommend to others.

Great company and great experience. Patrick came and explained everything thoroughly. He emailed several options, all competitively priced. He readily tweaked one of the options so it matched exactly what I wanted. Mike and his helper did an excellent job on the installation and explained how everything worked when they were done. My AC was not cooling down the house. Capistrano Air came out and diagnosed a leak in my Evaporator Coil. Joseph and Hector came out, removed the defective part and replaced it with a new one, a very complex job due to the location of the HVAC. I called at 08:30, the most pleasant and funny Mr Van was at my house by 09:30, found the issue as a faulty fan motor within 5 minutes, and had the replacement found, delivered, installed and running by 14:30. We retained Capo Air to install a new furnace and AC Unit. They were incredibly helpful in selecting the right unit and responded very quickly to questions. They installed the unit when they committed to do so, did a fantastic job and even removed some asbestos without additional charges. All of that at a cost somewhat lower than others we contacted. They are absolutely fantastic in all respects.

Van arrived promptly. He asked a few questions to figure out why I was not getting cold air upstairs. He started looking at the smaller possibilities and he zeroed in on what failed. He replaced both parts and was gone in an hour. My house is finally getting cooler on a 95 degree day! I will definitely use Capistrano Air again and will most definitely recommend this company! I had a Fujitsu mini split unit I paid $6000 and Greenstar who sold it to me went out of business . The unit never worked properly but the start. Every year they serviced it and had to check leaks in system and add refrigerant . Fujitsu was very annoyed by that. So I contacted the company who bought Greenstar and they wanted to charge me $875 to check the unit which was under warranty. So I called a number of Fujitsu authorized a/c people and some didnt show up and some said we cant help you. BUT THEN I CONTACTED CAPISTRANO, THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING ON TIME AND WITHIN THE HOUR REWIRED THE UNIT WHICH WAS INCORRECTLY WIRED IN THE FIRST PLACE ADDED A LITTLE REFRIGERANT FIXED THE LEAKS AND TOLD ME ITS GOOD TO GO AND IT WAS ...PERFECT.iT WAS SO OBVIOUS THAT jORGE AT CAPISTRANO KNEW HIS BUSINESS AND, HE WAS POLITE AND EFFICIENT AND A PLEASURE. SO MUCH SO THAT IM HAVING THEM SERVICE A HEAT PUMP AND POSSIBLY INSTALL ANOTHER FUJITSU MINI SPLIT BECAUSE THEY STAN BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!

We knew that our attic ducting was old and fragmenting, but the extent wasnt apparent until Capistrano Air replaced it, permitting the furnace to heat the house much more quickly. The estimate was the lowest we found and the work was done quickly and efficiently, although a slight delay was encountered when the gentleman who provided the initial analysis and estimate took off for a weeks vacation soon after his initial visit.

I have used Capistrano Air on two other occasions before today. Once again I was quoted and charged what I thought was a fair price for the work performed and the parts they replaced. I will continue to use them for any heating and air con issues with my home. Always the consummate professionals.

I called Friday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for later that day I was given a 4-Hour window and the gentleman that came was there within an hour of the beginning of my window he took a look at my wall heater made some fixes that didnt require what I thought would be a very expensive fix and then also educated me about heater safety and where to place carbon monoxide monitors it was a wonderful experience overall I felt really good and like I was in safe hands with this company

Had a heater problem. Called Capo Air and they sent out Van and Jorge. They were knowledgable and professional and friendly. Had my problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. The bill was very reasonable and one of them threw the ball for my Border Collie while the other was writing the invoice. Definitely would use Capistrano Air again and my dog likes them.

The tech showed up at the time he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly had the parts with him and fixed it for a fair price no bs included. I am a plumber and have been running service calls for years and there service is good will definitely use them again and recommend them to my customers.

The technician, Van, was patient to check into the window unit heat pump A/C. Although Capistrano was not specialized in this type of A/C system. But they still did a good job. Job well done.
