I entered into this very cautiously. After doing my research I came across Marilyn and felt her credentialing made her a safe choice to begin my journey. I literally summarized my years of trauma along with my desire to improve my eating behaviour toward a healthier weight. Honestly I was skeptical about the whole hypnosis thing but I was also sick and tired of being bound to nicotine. I would quit for a week then go right back even though I knew it was bad for me. Marilyn helped me realize I didn’t need the tobacco she broke the endless loop in my head. I have been off of the nicotine for over 3 weeks now and honestly it’s been effortless.
