Ive been taking two Mercedes to Franks Motorcars for service and repairs since 2006. Always a pleasant experience, never even needed a formal appointment, just bring it in. They know what theyre doing, and they do it quickly, expertly, and in a friendly manner. Fair pricing and hassle-free. A nice experience, unlike a few Mercedes dealership service departments that Ive had the displeasure of knowing.

Very dishonest and unprofessional dealer. I worked with a salesman named Larry. He is the worst and very dishonest. He and me agreed on a price of a Subaru outback (I live in Torrance, so I wanted to agree on the price beforehand as I would have to drive far). We made a deal and he promised he would sell me the car at that price. So I applied for the loan from my lender and got all the paperwork ready. I talked with him on Friday around 2.00PM and told him I will be there on Saturday at 8AM and also confirmed him that I already got the loan approved and everything is ready. He texted me at 9.30PM on Friday night that he sold the car. It is ridiculous as now I have a hard inquiry in my credit score and approved loan for his dishonest and unprofessional behavior. He should be punished!! Avoid this guy and this dealership.

I was on my way to the Festival of the arts heading down the canyon, All of a sudden wifey says, turn around I want to check out that Jeep! We had been shopping for a few months casually looking for a Wrangler. PG was at the Jeeps R Us store. He showed us the Jeep and offered to let us test drive it; this was on Monday. We decided to head off to the Festival and think about it. I sent a text to PG later in the week on Wednesday, and we were picking up the car on Friday. We went directly through them for financing, and they were able to match a credit union rate. I did have a minor issue with the car the following day, a sensor went bad. The dealership and PG stepped up and replaced the faulty sensor at no cost. Indeed the right thing to do, It took about four hours of labor to perform the job, and I did not pay a dime. Jeeps R Us is now part of Franks Motorcars which is owned by Irvine Subaru. PG was a great help during the process, and I would recommend him personally for anyone in the car market.

RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP/BUSINESS AS POSSIBLE. WE PURCHASED A 1989 PORSCHE 911 FROM SERGIO SANCHEZ AT FRANKS MOTORCARS. HE REPRESENTED THAT ONE PANEL WAS REPAINTED ON THE CAR, WHEN IN FACT THE ENTIRE CAR WAS REPAINTED AND DONE SO EXTREMELY POORLY. IN FACT THE ENTIRE VEHICLE NEEDS A FULL REPAINT ($15,000 COST). IN ADDITION THE ODOMETER ON THE CAR IS NOT ACCURATE! WHEN CONTACTING SERGIO AND FRANKS MOTORCARS THEY DENIED THAT THE CAR WAS REPAINTED SO WE TOOK THE CAR TO THREE SEPARATE BODY SHOPS TO VERIFY THE PAINT CONDITION AND RESPRAY AND ALL THREE VERIFIED THAT THE CAR WAS REPAINTED AND NEEDED A FULL REPAINT. SERGIO THEN SAID THE VEHICLE CAME THAT WAY FROM THE FACTORY! WHATS EVEN MORE COMICAL IS THAT THEY OWN THEIR OWN BODY SHOP! SO THE FACT THAT THEY CANT TELL THAT THE CAR HAS BEEN REPAINTED IS COMPLETE BS! I ASKED TO RETURN THE CAR FOR A FULL REFUND AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK OR REFUND US OUR MONEY. THEY COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTED THE VEHICLE, AND THE OWNER CONTINUES TO LIE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FRANKS MOTORCARS THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND MISREPRESENT A VEHICLE LIKE THEY DID TO US. I HAVE ALREADY FILED SUIT WITH AN ATTORNEY IN CALIFORNIA AND PLAN TO CONTACT THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES DEALER DEPARTMENT AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was sold a car with a 30 day warranty. After 53 miles the check engine light came on, the steering was defective also. When I took the car back they would not fix the problem and said I could keep the defective car as is or cancel the sale. I filled out the paperwork to cancel the sale and have the loan contract cancelled. Today I got a notice that my payment is late.They are not professional here,FIND ANOTHER CAR LOT TO GO TO,!!!

I bought a 98sl 500 2 years ago. I just realize that they sold me the car wi 18 year old tiresNo good. UnsafeAlso the front bumper was repaired and a splash inside fender was badly damaged. Sergio promised to fix with a undamaged one. Never happened to this day may1 2001Rich

I have been very impressed with the service department here. I take my 67 Jag in for service and parts replacement. I find the prices quite reasonable for service and Im always impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile if something comes up that was unexpected. Dario is a gem! I highly recommend Franks Service Department!

This dealership is by far the most honest, the fairest, the friendliest dealership I have ever been to. As a young female in a different state, I knew after bringing in my car to them for years they could help guide me. They also helped me save money honestly whether i was in laguna or nevada. I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from this dealership. After purchasing my second vehicle I let Arman know that I was looking for a Mustang for my sons 16th birthday. With less than 2 weeks before his birthday Arman had the Mustang at the lot and all of the paper work completed before I arrived within that same week! The entire team rocks! Caution: Must have a 3rd Party Mechanic do a thorough Pre-Purchase Inspection before buying any vehicle from them. They sold me a car in October of 2016 with bad brakes and 10-year old tires! The only reason I gave them two stars was that they did fix the brakes after I brought the car back to them and insisted that they fix the brakes. I only discovered that two of tires were 5 years old and the other two were 10 years old after taking the car to an outside mechanic for a leak in one of the tires. Although the tread appeared good on the tires, they were all past their expiration date which is very unsafe. Really? Brakes and Tires . . . two very important things for the safety of the car. Jeopardizing people’s safety for short-term profits seems to be okay with them. At no time did they tell me the brakes were worn and the tires were so old and unsafe to drive in. If you still choose to do business with them, make sure you have a 3rd Party Mechanic do a comprehensive Pre-Purchase Inspection.

Bad business practice! They had me fill out an application, I drove 50 miles to look at it, told them I wanted the car but needed to get a ride. Next day on my way, they called and said they sold it?Done with this place!
