They are reasonably priced compared to the fancy, big name spas. They have a range of therapists, sometimes it takes a few visits to find the best therapist to fit your needs. Their memberships provide a good value for those of us who need a massage at least once a month.
BEWARE OF FRAUD AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Class action lawsuit/Small claims coming soon!! They stole $1400.00 of our money. Management in Store (Terri), Corporate (Michelle-District Manager) and several other names Doug, Bradly, etc recorded from other locations were supposably dealing with our situation and have done absolutely nothing. The absolute worst!! Won’t return calls or messages. When we were able to speak with someone we’d be put on hold forever ....no one would ever pick back up and they are extremely rude and unapologetic for anything. Worst customer service ever!! Completely unprofessional!! I found out at another location that Laguna Beach location canceled my membership without me even knowing. And ALL of my history was erased from the system. Lots of shady stuff going on. Make sure you are checking your bank statements monthly and getting print outs from them of your services monthly. They ask for a card to keep on file and keep all cards that you are using to pay for services on file. We’ve been dealing with them for over 8 months and are fed up. Still haven’t heard from Corporate, Owner, ETC. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT/SMALL CLAIMS COMING SOON!!!
Came in to get my balayage touched up. All the reviews about this place seem to be about Benji Pow but Bianca was great! They brought me hot tea while I waited until Bianca got me in the chair to talk about what I wanted for my hair. She was quick and efficient and her assistant was awesome (the head massage during the shampoo may have been my favorite part). Really happy with the way my hair turned out. Plus the blowout left my hair super soft. Tips are cash or Venmo only.
If I was able to leave a Zero star rating...I would. Due to the Class Action Lawsuit against Massage Envy for deleting accrued massages that we PAID for...we cancelled our membership, but they offered for us to still use our accrued massages as a settlement. Once my wife started using the already paid for massages...the manager said that we would have to put a credit card on file just to keep our file open and NOTHING WOULD EVER BE CHARGED....We just noticed that they started charging for a monthly membership fee the last 4 months....and now arguing with them to refund our money and still keep our massages!! They still havent returned multiple phone calls! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! As a resident of Laguna Beach....this business doesnt deserve to belong in Laguna!!
Not fancy but you can find a masseuse that is good and with a plan pay reasonable rates.
My massage therapist was one of the best ever. I may travel from Las Vegas just to see him
This massage envy has the WORST customer service. They have messed up charging my credit card incorrectly twice in the past and also put my credit card under a different customers account so that when that customer got serviced, I had to pay for it. Extremely frustrated. Be very careful and check your bank statements after visiting this location.
New managementNew therapistsNew hoursNew membership termsNew skin care servicesGlad they contacted me to come back and try and completely different experience this time around joined back up and been loving it!
DO NOT go there! They want you to sign contracts. Do not sign anything! They will keep charging you. There are so many other massage places in the OC. This is not the place you want to go! Awful experience with management!!!
Peter Is absolutely fantastic. He made my sciatica and neck pain go away.
A very lite annoying touch that resulted a visit to my chiropractor. No what is wanted .
Great stuff
