I have been going to Heidi since 2012, She is amazing at what she does and not only that she treats you like family. She uses the best products and recently since the pandemic started it has been difficult for us to see her and get pampered, but Heidi was amazing enough to put together facial kits that included a headband, masques and cleansers with a brush and moisturizer and set up a day to have a virtual facial class. It was a great success. Thank you Heidi for doing this and I highly recommend anyone to go see her once the pandemic is over and for the meantime order some of her facial kits.

Even during shelter in place, Heidi delivers. She hosted a virtual facial party that was super fun. She hand delivered the mask to my house prior to the party. It was great learning about the different masks everyone was using as they were tailored by Heidi to each persons needs. Everyone had a GREAT time.Ive was almost out of product and texted Heidi. She very quickly was able to get me the product I needed and had it delivered right to my door. It was very speedy and I didnt have to skip a day without my production.My daughter and I also had some weird issues develop during shelter in place (of course). I texted a picture of my daughters underarm and my dark spot and she was able to recommend what we needed right away. Again the product got to us very quickly.I cant wait to get to see Heidi, in person, for a brow wax and a real facial but for now, I look forward to the next virtual facial party.

Heidi is so nice and very respectful, a perfect combination for a fantastic facial and brow wax! My face looks great, the products are lovely - have a calming fragrance but not an overwhelming smell if you happen to be sensitive to smells or allergic! At one visit I had hurt my nose the day before and it was sore, she was sensitive to it and didn’t once cause it to hurt! She’s not in a routine, she customizes the experience and treatment for you! Can’t be more thankful to Heidi!

Ive been seeing Heidi for many years, and would never go anywhere else. She is 100% reliable, so gentle and kind, and does excellent work. I have a standing monthly waxing appointment and would love to see her for facials too, just havent done that yet! I recommend her without reservations.
