Change the verbal bid.(2) Company did not follow instructions from the Insurance Adjustable.They rented a garbage dumpster and stole my deceased parents property and the insurance adjusters wanted to inspect everything and have the owner inspect the property.(3) Company Steals and miss represent the verbal quote.(4) Company got paid in full with advanced.(5) Company then bullied the insurance company for additional money of $10.000 and the insurance company denied the payment because they were paid by advance payment.(6) insurance company pay the company and the company water treatment was for a bathroom side area of a small closet.The Doucet Services and Restoration ProsStolen over $60.000 in property and I place a Law Sue and the acting attorney I use got paid over $50.000 and I believe that the acting lawyers conspired with each other, and to put a lien on the home. Both of these people are discussing. The company quote a price and then tagged you with a lien- Scams, Dirty rotten

We used Doucet services in the flood of 2016. It took over 10 months for the work to be finished, and even then when we moved back in the house was not finished. We had concrete floors, no cabinets, and no appliances. We have continued to find issues with the home. First the laminate floors had multiple gaps because they were not installed correctly. The floor around our sliding door was never even finished and you could see the padding beneath it. The bathtub was cracked during installation and it was never repaired. I called Chuck multiple times and he ignored my calls or gave me some story about all of his guys quitting. Several of my husbands tools walked off during this time. The plumbing was not done correctly under the sink so there were several cabinets in the kitchen and our bathrooms that had long term leaks. We flooded again in May and once the walls were opened up there were several more issues found. First off the drywall on exterior walls was never taken out. We found a ton of damaged drywall behind the tub surround that was not taken out in 2016. The house had issues with termites prior to purchasing. Doucet was supposed to fix these boards that were rotted out while the walls were open. They didnt. We found a LIVE 220 volt wire from our old oven that Chucks crew just taped and left in our wall. This could have been a major catastrophe. ALSO they charged us 26,000 for gutting our home. I do not recommend this company unless you want poor workmanship and lackluster quality. RUN somewhere else!

Responsive, honest, fair, thorough, and compassionate. Restoration Pros will not try to take advantage of you in a crisis. I cannot express how much I love the work they did on my old house.

Company left a dehumidifier at my home, no one ever came to access damages or give out an estimate. I called relentlessly daily and had many broken promises of someone showing up. I called another company who came to access the next and asked them to come get there dehu machine.

Came to my aid immediately after Hurricane Laura and I am so grateful. All work was performed professionally. They are very compassionate, fair and honest. Highly recommend!!!
