Came to upgrade system to 5G. Took him 4 hours to do a 30 minute job. Had the wrong part. Took an hour to get the part. Couldn’t program it. Kept calling tech support. I called the office after 3-1/2 hours and told them I had enough. Tech finally finished, but he failed to turn the speaker on so another tech had to come back. Prior to this time I never had any problems with EPS. I’ve used their services for 5 years.

This is my first experience with an alarm system in my home, but I have been very pleased. Everyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant and eager to answer questions and assist me. The price is very much worth the peace of mind of having the system in my home. Being able to use an app to set and disarm the alarm is also a great benefit.

I have been with EPS for 7 years and have not had any problems with my alarms unlike the company I had before them when my alarm would go off at all hours of the night. I highly recommend EPS for alarm and cameras. As a single woman I feel safe and secure with them monitoring my home. I like this company and their services so much that I brought them with me to my new home I just purchased. That transfer was flawless and they had me taken care of in a day. I purchased my home in May 2020. Working as a nurse during the pandemic, my schedule at work was week to week. It seems like the local technician would always be booked up by the time I knew my availability. However, their team sent someone to my home way from Lafayette to accommodate me when I live at least 3 hours away from there. They called before the technician left his location to keep me informed he was on his way and everything. They really went above and beyond! I was all set up before the summer really began. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed everything timely. I couldn’t ask for better. Not to mention, their services are still reliable until this day. I love having my security system at my fingertips even when I’m away from home. I really feel my home is secured with EPS. I’m only a year in but I’m highly satisfied and will 100% recommend!

The few hiccups in system were diagnosed quickly, and if they couldnt walk me thru the fix, a tech was out usually same or next day,, fixing it.. Highly recommend!

I love the system, but its replacing batteries where I wasnt aware of I bought the system. The motion detector has a battery. Im handicap and Im not comfortable stepping up on a step ladder to change out batteries. Ive learned this lesson years ago. I tried changing the batteries in the door smart lock and I couldnt lift the battery pack out just to replace them. I need to try again. Some times being handicap is a pain.

Overall pretty good service. Once and a while the window sensors loose connection with main unit. Other than that great customer service and fast response to alarms even if accidentally set off.

Ben called before he arrived at my home. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He was courteous and professional. He re-established connection with my exterior cameras due to a change in modem / router. He showed me how to use the new Guarding Vision application. Basic stuff, right? Here’s where it gets good. He identified a defect in my doorbell cam and changed it out in the spot! I didn’t even notice it myself. I inquired about establishing remote connectivity to my garage door. He contacted tech support on my behalf to determine what action would be necessary Even though he knew that he was not going to get a sale, he supplied me with info and screenshots to share with my wife if we chose to pursue a change in the future. I dont have any issues with the company and think that the service provided from EPS is second to none, but the hardware that was installed in my home for the home security was grossly overpriced and I was lead to believe by the salesperson that it was better than it actually is. The apps are not very easy to use and the hardware is not nearly as great as the price is. I wish things would have been able to be shown prior to installation and purchase. I would have never paid the price I ended up paying if I would have known its value prior to purchase.
