Only place I will bring my phone to get fixed if I ever have an issue with it. Plus they have a Boost Mobile in house and they are equally as helpful with any problem i may have with my Boost Account. Great people and treat you like your part of the family. I love this place they can fix any type of cell phone and in most cases do it all the same day including tablets too. Theyre the bomb. My phone was about gone and they made it completely new again with no media lost...

After taking my tablet to to other repair shops, being told it would cost anywhere from 200 to $300 to fix, and being without my tablet for months, I walked in to juniors and within 5 minutes I walked out with a working tablet and they didnt charge me because it was a loose wire. They are the greatest and I will bring them more devices to repair.

I went back to Juniors after my first visit - his prices are unbeatable and the service is awesome. Customer service is top notch and the guys are incredibly knowledgeable. I went to at&t and another phone repair place, one wouldnt even look at the technical issue and the other wanted $100. I call Juniors, he diagnosed the problem instantly and told me how to fix it or offered to fix it the next day when the shop opened. The shop is located a few blocks from downtown, it definitely has its own atmosphere but its never been an issue for me.

Cousin bought his phone to fix his charging port 05/07/19 had to leave it over there. Was told to pick it up that Saturday, went to pick it up he said he had to order the part to come back next week on Wednesday 05/13/19. Went to pick up his phone and they ended up telling him they lost his SIM card and gave him only $5 off. A sim card cost $10. He took advantage. Now he doesn’t want to answer his phone.

The Truth is JR. has his pick and chooses. He is quite slow when it comes to service. And all the real work is in the new generations not in these old buildings feom the 1900 which should be shut down due to scamming through private funding.
