You hire a realtor to guide you through the home buying process. As a client, you trust them to do their best to provide you with sound advice and to help you navigate the many issues that may arise during the home purchase experience in order to get the best deal possible. Be wary when working with Ms. Davis. She lacks ethics and cannot be trusted to be forthcoming with all information regarding a home she is selling or how to execute a complete and fair sale for her clients. She appears to only be interested in making a commission and will do that at the expense of offering her clients sound advice and counsel when purchasing their new home. For us, this has led to the discovery of several issues that could have been mitigated had she fulfilled her duties as a realtor. After the purchase of our current home, we did not use her to sell our previous home. I do not recommend her.

Me and my son rented a place she managed and it had roaches and bed bugs. She got a couple cans of roach spray which didnt do much for the roaches and nothing for the bed bugs. Both of our fridges were junk and our food spoiled. We never got another fridge. My son had to store his food at a neighbors fridge. My son never got a key to lock his place. When ever anyone in the apartment building needed anything we could never get her to call us back. The guy in the front be apartment was stealing mail and when I told her she said well so what. She may be good at selling houses but when it comes to managing them shes terrible. A slum lord

Kim was my realtor for both selling and buying my homes. She did a fantastic job in presenting my options and coming up with a plan that not only maximized the value but sold quickly as well. Her staging expertise included bringing her own furnishings and decor along with mixing in some of my own. That strategy really made a difference! Failure to communicate in which contributed to the loss of sell of my home and refused to comply with or take part in solutions to make the sell a better transaction for everybody involved!!!!
