Absolute worse place I have ever worked at. They work you harder and in worse conditions than other places even well known factories known for not being the best. Slave labor at its finest here. Work mandatory overtime to barely pay bills and to get checks screwed up. And the bathrooms are atrocious. No proper tools for jobs. Shouldve been shut down long ago

Gatekeeper and head of accounting are extremely rude. They offer no employee benefits. Seems the rating is well deserving. Try another place of employment

Not big on safety. Will not supply you with sleeves for the people working with welding. You have to buy them yourself or they say just to be careful. Horrible trainers.

This a job for felons & an people who in tight spot an just want some honest money they do talk crazy if “YOU” let them but it’s easy work if u can find something better tho go there

My first day management staff was very rude to me and other employees. The work they had me doing was dangerous as they told me it was okay to force parts into a machine that clearly didnt fit causing my fingers to slide past the guard rails into the machine about every time just to keep their numbers up the building is full of slip trip fall hazards there was a gentleman who was welding and his electrical cord literally exploded caught fire and the management said plug into another outlet and made him continue what he was doing well it happened again after the second outlet and guess what they told him to switch outlets again overall I give this place 0/5 only gave it 1 star because it forced me. Worst place Ive ever worked.

Great people to work for.

They are the most despicable nastsy disgusting environment ive ever been too in life ... the managment is so unprofessional its ridiculous.... i feel sorry for anyone employed there becase the safety is below standard no proper ppe contant 1st second and third degree burns to arms and face no guards given no sympathy for employees ... that place honestly should be shut down they do not deserve a single star but im forced to put one just to post

Qb RemyI was owed 2 raises and I didnt receive them so I do love the work its easy and but I dont appreciate the lack of management and safety. Dangerous job as though large sparks emit from most of the machines and they say its fine when sparks melt through your skin and leave damage. You only get these cheap gloves that dont protect anything. Sparks still go through! OSHA needs contacted immediately. No one should get burned and worked in a such hot climate like Lafayette wire for 10 dollars and hour. I am very disappointed

My boyfriend worked there and they owed him 2 raises and it just seemed dangerous to me he always came home with burn holes from the sparks
