Had Steven back since he did our first tuning before the pandemic.Same good work. Not only he tuned the piano but fixed some sticky keys during his first visit.I saw a negative review regarding schedule. I think Steven is quite busy and if you happen to call him while he is working it might not be the best time. I had great experience by scheduling via text.In person he is not only very professional but also super nice.

Not exactly a charmer on the phone- as in, at first blush, I think I will spare myself the chance of having a piano tuner with a painful attitude
