My family has used Reliable for years, with them being landlords unfortunately weve seen a lot of roaches, bed bugs, fleas, etc. that have been brought in by tenants through the years. Reliable has been great at taking care of each place and answering any questions weve had.

We are in the process of buying a home and we had reliable come and look at our house and they told us we had active LIVE termites and extensive damage! The seller hired his own company to come out and check because he couldn’t believe it, to which that company said there was no termites. I called reliable and Phil came out the next day free of charge to take a video of the live termites! Reliable sent out a young man whom I cannot remember come out and spray and he did an excellent job as well. This young man even swept up the dirt mess from our cellar.

My grandmother recently had Tom with Reliable Exterminators over to spray her old Victorian home. Now I was not personally here but the young man according to her went above and beyond. She mentioned that when Tom was working in the basement he offered to bring anything up for her. My grandmother who is 88 years old did not hesitate to string together a list of things she needed but couldn’t get herself since it was in the basement. Tom happily brought up everything for her with a smile. Hearing the story the next day on Thanksgiving I am very grateful for Tom’s customer service and taking great care of my grandmother. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

Reliable treated our home for 5 years while we lived in West Lafayette. The treatments happened when they were scheduled, the people who came out to the house were always friendly and most of all we no longer had an ant/spider problem. For two seasons before we called Reliable we had little ants all over our kitchen counter tops. We tried every natural and store bought remedy. After Reliable began treatments we no longer saw the ants. I highly recommend Reliable.

Anyone looking for a pest control company should look at this company before you look anywhere else as it is a family run and owned for over 80 years and they have a untouchable reputation. I rate them A++++++ as they took care of my problems and was one of the cheapest to kill bedbugs on the market in Indiana. 100% kill ratio of my infestation and now I can get back to my normal life. Reliable Exterminators have treated my house (indoor and outdoor) for pests many times over the years. I have always been happy with their professionalism and service. This last time, as they were treating the outside of the house, they found termite runs on our foundation. They showed me exactly what was going on with the termites (ick...I even got video of the termites in action). They were able to get me scheduled quickly to address our termite problem. I was extremely pleased with their termite service as well. I highly recommend Reliable for your pest-control needs!
