USPS lost a package and 2 letters and the customer service to this day never even bothered to respond to my inquiry. This service is a joke! What a waste of tax payer money!

The man and woman who run the front here need a raise! They are so helpful every time I come. They just saved me about $40 on shipping, and are always so polite

No stars should be given. I am not getting my packages even though notifications says it has been delivered. I cannot tell you how many items I have not received in the past few months because the postal worker puts them in the wrong mailbox because they obviously do not pay attention to the correct address, because they are way too eager to get off of work so they just put your mail in any box but yours. I am so sick of calling the post office about this problem, as a matter of fact, that is exactly what I am doing right now. I once had a package delivered and for some unknown reason the carrier took package out of the box and said that I refused the package. How could I refuse a package I did not get? None of my package issues have ever been resolved.

Have a package with tracking number that says it was out for delivery over a week ago. Package never got delivered and the status has been “awaiting delivery scan” for over a week now. The office never answers calls and of course I can’t get ahold of anyone to answer questions. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Lost one of my packages. Probably going to lose more. Error messages saying “Available for Pickup” when it was going to be redelivered, causing me to waste money for a Lyft and Uber. So sellers do yourself an actual favor and please use a different mailing service or youre going to constantly have to refund people.Update: 9/10/2020Package arrived after 6 days of their system saying Available for Pickup. Went to Post Office this past Saturday and Tuesday for the workers to lie to my face to tell me they didnt know where the packages or the supervisor was. I had a hold request put in and thats why I put it in to see if yall knew where the package was. It was scanned into the office and yall lied to my face. Now, I hope I can get back in contact with the seller and pay him back his money. Be wary.

This is absolutely the worst post office. I have been waiting for my order that was suppose to arrive on the 22nd and I never received it yet. I never get my orders and the last time they sent my orders back THREE times. I called them about it and they couldn’t give me an answer. I asked if I could go there to pick it up bc it had already been a month and the guy told me I would get my package the next day and of course I didn’t bc he sent it back. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely worst delivery carrier constantly delivering mail to the wrong mailbox. My mail is just lost.

The staff inside are fine. The drivers lie about packages being undeliverable because they are too busy on their phones and not paying attention (and too lazy to bring the parcels). Thankfully the TWO times in three days, it was items that were not fragile and could stand to be in the 90 degree weather in the truck.

I hear many people with reviews that say something like, unacceptable from a government entity....Do they really think should get better service from the government than a private company? The only thing good about the Fed. P.O is the price of sending first class, but then you have to wonder if it will even get delivered.

I have always had wonderful service until the last year. We have a new carrier on our route and he is consistently late delivering the mail (in days, not hours). Now I am missing a package, which he said was delivered directly to a resident of the house--which is a lie. I only gave the this post office 1 star because there isnt an option for zero stars.

A delivery person from this post office absolutely lied about attempting to deliver a package to me today. Ive been home since 5, they claim they carried my heavy package up my apartment stairs and knocked on my door at 6:30, which is absolutely not true. Most likely the delivery person lied because he/she didnt want to deliver the package in the rain.Ridiculously unprofessional, and causing a major problem for me. I have to work tomorrow and leave town immediately afterwords, and I cannot come retrieve the package in my own car, as it wont fit (hence why I ordered the item online and didnt go to a physical store, which I would have preferred in the first place). Hopefully they will hold the package for me, but I cant get their automated system to give me any information about redelivery. Honestly, Im shocked at this situation, Ive never had a delivery person straight up lie about an attempted delivery to me before

The United States Post Office. I cant even begin to describe how unprofessional this carrier service is. I paid for expedited shipping to correlate with my days off. An attempt was made to deliver but there was no access to the delivery address. I was IN THE OFFICE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS! Laziness. Day two, the day that they said my package would be delivered the carrier again did not make an attempt at delivering my package. Good luck trying to talk to anyone. Three days in a row this person exhibited laziness in job performance. Seems as though anyone can work for the post office because you dont really have to actually work.

If i could give this place a zero I would, the employees and managers are unprofessional. I’ve never seen a manager laugh at customer because there complaining about a mail carrier not delivering the mail in the the correct mail box. Manger name dj laughed and hung up in my face.

My mail person comes everyday between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Ive watched her look through her truck and I guess decide not to give me my mail - she speeds on. Ive had packaged scheduled for delivery on a day - it states they are out for delivery - and then not show up for three or four days. Ive watched my mail carrier look at a package, decide she didnt want to get down, throw the package to the back of her truck and drive on. Ive gone days without getting mail and suddenly I get a ton of things.

We went online on Nov 20, 2018 and paid for and completed a change of address. 21 days later still waiting for my forwarded mail; utility bills, wedding invitation, bank statements, etc. I have complained and complained with nothing done to correct this issue. We live in Stonehaven on River, 70503 and I wonder if US postal service will pay late fees on my bills??Where is my Mail???The person who purchased our home (1 street over) walked over today and brought a medical bill that was delivered to our old address, really??Incompetent people and they wonder why people quit using the US postal service..

The delivery driver likes to mark things as delivered in mailbox, when reality is its never there. I live at an apartment complex, he either just scans it or he puts in wrong box. He doesnt come back either on same day even though you paid for 2 day shipping,its pointless. We now have a new delivery driver I think, and hope. But havent tested him with packages

No one answers the phone. Been trying to locate a package that was dropped off at this location that no one can seem to find.

Supposedly we have a temporary mail carrier and she is horrible! On Wednesday, she delivered 1 of 2 packages on her truck from Amazon and listed the second one as undelivered and could be picked up at their branch. My wife drove over there and it could not be found. The next day she drove by our mailbox (did not slow down - as seen by our security cameras) and listed the package as attempted delivery...We were irate and my wife went to the branch again and was told that a supervisor would call us to discuss... She did call and was not helpful at all and just covered for the temporary driver, saying she has one more day until the normal carrier returns!!! Nobody knows when or where this package is and I think the package has been transported more miles in Lafayette than it did from the point of origin!!! I cant wait until Trump gets rid of these useless government employees and privatizes the postal service with people that are accountable for their actions and know how to run a business!

I brought in a box for shipping paid my 28.00 only for the cashier to not put an apartment number on it and for it to get lost for a week then come right back

The driver carrier, Larry, who delivers to Robley Place Apartments in Lafayette, LA is constantly putting mail in the wrong box. He has lost 4 packages of ours alone within 11 months along with 15 letters that went to neighboring apartments, with many other complaints daily within the complex, and we are currently looking for a misplaced package valued over $100. When I call the post office I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone. Horrible and unacceptable!

Only one person working while the supervisor does literally nothing, paid to have the lock changed on my mailbox and they haven’t even made an attempt at changing it!

Office staff is helpful and friendly, had alot of issues recieveing keys for my mailbox and trying ti have mail held at office until a key could be issued, which took several weeks. my mail was never collected tho i filled out the form, and received little information on the status of my keys.

So unprofessional. So lazy, especially the delivery drivers. Guy behind the counter with gray hair is so rude and ignorant.

This is the fourth time in the span of 6 months that the post man has marked a package delivered when its not at the door or in the box. Usually, its at a random persons house or the wrong apt # nearby and they bring it to us.Yesterday, a package was scanned delivered when I was home sitting by the door with the window open. Today, the delivery driver swears he left it at our doorstep. We never saw him, heard the beep of the package being scanned, a knock, footsteps, or anything.We called a number and had the package GPS traced back to this complex. Someone out there is enjoying our stuff.Were getting a camera installed so no more packages can be misplaced

Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. First of all the phone numbers are out of service for this post office for some reason. Second, I went to go get my packages and the man asked to see my I.D. which I handed to him then he preceded to comment on my appearance saying very loudly “really this is your I.D? Are you tired why do you look like that? Wow are you tired or something?” This is unprofessional, and unacceptable. I do not recommend going to this post office unless you want an old man to comment how you look that day. This post office needs to hire better staff that can actually do their job with some respect towards the people they are serving.

On Nov. 8, 2017 at approximately 3:45 p.m., I called the US Post Office on Bertrand Drive, in Lafayette, Louisiana, to express concern that our office had not received its mail. This is unusual since we normally receive our my no later that 2 p.m. I called the local phone number listed and after ringing for a very long time, the phone was picked up and left off hook. I could hear someone moving around in the background (entering and leaving room, shuffling of papers) but no person responded. We finally received our mail at 4:45 p.m. This morning ( Nov. 9, 2017) I attempted to call the local number again. This time it rang for a very long time and then when to a busy signal. No one ever answered. This is unacceptable from a government entity. I am more offended by the response of the local facility to customer service than I am at my carrier being very late in delivering the mail. At least he came through for us, but his employer failed miserably.

Missing mail, and had a hard time gettonf keys for my mailbox, the manager at rhe store waa very friendly and helpful, bur I cant say the aame about other employees.

Better service then the others and it closes at 1pm on Saturdays (the latest in the city)

According to USPS my package was delivered yesterday evening (12-10-16) at 6:51 pm but they were unable to walk up the sidewalk and access the front door. WHY? There was nothing blocking access. We were home. The lights were on. Our regular postal person delivered our mail around 5:00 pm and I watched him get out of his vehicle on the other side of the street and visit with a man on a motorcycle for 10 to 15 minutes. Maybe he FORGOT my package.

I am always getting the wrong mail and not getting mail im waiting on. I think either my mail is being stolen or like me, getting other peoples mail all the time, I am highly ticked, I miss our old mailman who retired, he knew people by name and always had my mail neatly delivered
