Unprofessional drivers. I think they get their CDL in a crackerjack box. Always tailgating on 231, passing by 800 almost hitting another semi head-on. You need to keep a eye on your professional drivers or get new ones. Theres a black mack different company that pulls your trailers who needs his license revoked.

I worked at Venture Logistics during my winter break in college and it was an overwhelming positive experience. They have a great culture of support and recognition. The skills I learned there will propel me into any future career.

I would not call 14 - 15 hour days family friendly.

Pay is good for local, hours are long and you will work a lot of six day weeks, job was great when I first started but as soon as I had a issue and went to management with it my job and environment slowly got worse. If you get a decent route great job if not your stuck tell you quit.

Good dispatch. little paperwork. have a good route. good pay.EQUIPMENT IS JUNK. trucks poorly maintained. CNG trucks constantly breakdown.
