Always a clean cut and trim

I called this company and had a good experience with there service. They were very quick to respond and the prices were great. The work was finished quickly and professionally. I will recommend them to my friends.

They did a decent job at first. Mowed the yard and it looked fine as far as I could see. Unfortunately I didnt check my yard after every mow and it came back to bite me. There was a patch of my yard that they missed mowing for a few weeks because they thought it was a garden, fair enough. They came back and fixed it for me after I told them about it and I went on with my business. What they neglected to do was clean up the tall grass that they had mowed down. This left over grass went unnoticed and killed the yard underneath. I have been busy and not in my yard this summer so I didnt notice until recently.I contacted the owner, and told him about it. At first he acted like he would work with me, but after saying he would come over and see the damaged yard and discuss it with me in person, he just didnt show up and ignored my emails trying to discuss the matter any further. He refused to work with me and would only respond to me when I mentioned taking the cost out of the bill. He tried to blame it all on me, and he also kept insinuating that I was only trying to get out of the bill. I would have no problem paying my bill if my yard had not been destroyed or if they would have just worked with me instead of threatening further action if I take the cost of repair from my bill.Hands down the worst owner interaction I have ever had with a company. I am sure they will respond and once again try to blame this on me, he did it every time I tried to talk to him. Avoid this company, cheap price, awful quality.*edit* also take note that many of their 5 star reviews are either employees or relatives based on the names.

Great customer service. I received a quick estimate and services were reasonably priced. Crew did a great job, decided to keep them on. Would recommend.

Totally disgusted with their lack of customer service. I called last week about an issue I had with them and was assured that it would be taken care of immediately. So on my next scheduled day they show up only to see someone is home to watch them work so they leave without doing anything and when called and emailed about the situation they dont have the decency to respond

I called this spring to mulch and clean up my yard. They were very prompt in regards to my message. The quote was made quickly and at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the work they did and the customer service they provided. I will be calling them in the future.

Called them for a single visit after first moving into our new house, because we did not have a lawnmower and the lawn was a little out of hand. They were prompt and did a great job. But they kept coming back. Called them and left a message to cancel this ongoing service - never got a response. Sent a letter (along with payment for services redered) 5 days ago telling them we didnt need them to come back anymore - they came back today anyway. The point is, let them know ahead of time if it is a one-time deal, and they will do a good job.

I am very disappointed in having to give only two stars. I had high expectations due to the adverage ratings for this company. I was impressed how quick Shane got back to me when it came to providing an estimate and fitting me into their schedule although it was not confirmed when they would be showing up. Unfortunately, not all of the grass on our lot was mowed. There are places that were not mowed at all as well as patches of grass unmowed (moving to quick and not paying attention). Edging didnt happen at all and I grass clippings were not cleaned up. I called Shane and left a voicemail mentioning my concerns and I have yet to hear anything back. I was hoping to hear something back by now. I really wish I could recommend this company but sadly I advise you to stay away.Update- (4-12-17)Today they showed up announced but did a much better job. I still have yet to hear from Shane though. Todays work goes to show me that this company can do quality work when they want to. I am thankful they came back to fix the problem (Im assuming thats what they were trying to accomplish) but I asked for them not to show back up.

I thought since I moved into town having a lawn care service would be the way to go. It has not. Perhaps my small yard and charges are insignificant so it is easy to overlook keeping it on schedule. I was to be on an every Monday schedule. That has never happened. A Tuesday here, Thursday there and one of the soggiest Saturdays in May right after an hour long down pour. The tall wet grass was not cut but just mashed down. No show the entire week before Memorial Day. I knew they would not be there on the holiday so I purchased my own mower and once again will mow my own lawn. I have canceled service.

I would never hire this company. I was in the middle of discussing an estimate with them and had agreed to have them come to my house after a specific time so we could do a walk-through on the proprty so they could understand what I needed. I came home a half an hour before we were to meet only to discover some one had come and mowed my lawn. My niece, who is nine, could have done a better job mowing. They mowed down several flowering plants, the grass was uneven and there were several spots that were missed altogether. They also left a bill, which I wont be paying. Find another lawn company...you dont need these guys.

The service is great the people are very polite. 100% satisfied an will continue to have them take care of my lawn.

This is my 4th year with having Crew Cuts Lawn Care take care of my yard. They have always done a great job with my aerations, mulch, flower beds, taking care of my weeds, mow the yard and even the Spring and Fall cleanups. They are very good at getting the job done correctly and in good time. There prices are fantastic and I would highly recommend this company to take care of your yard.

They are quick professional and do an excellent job. I do have to say if you had any negative experience it was because you dealt with von, on a side note I dont think he is there any more just saw them today!!!!

Crew cuts was very professional and my yard looks wonderful.

We hired them for mowing and they came once a week, but not on the same day. The billing was irregular, just like the grass - tufts of grass everywhere! They left tracks in the driveway and mowed into October even when the grass stopped growing. Sometimes wed be billed for two mowings even if they didnt show. If you want your lawn mowed regularly but only when the grass is actually growing, do not hire this company.

This guy wont return calls.
