Currently working part-time and appreciate the job that I have and the hours I get. I think communication and expectations could be improved, but again Im only working part-time so my experience is limited. I think that because of the communication deficiencies and expectations not being as clear as they could be, it can allow opportunities for poor employees to not be held accountable. But I overall enjoy the people I get work with and feel I have the supplies necessary to perform my job, which is important. Id recommend to anyone looking for part-time work.

Ive been with Team MJV for 6 months now. It was a little confusing in the beginning because my site was fairly a new account. Coach Dawn B has done great in assisting our team go above and beyond to make sure our customer is satisfied. As well as making sure we have the proper equipment to do our job well!! The amount of appreciation and compliments we get are satisfying. Knowing we are making a difference in peoples work environment through these tough times is rewarding.

Ive been working here for about two months now and its been a good time so far, fairly easy work but lots to keep me busy so I enjoy it. Have some really good co-workers and alot of denso employees tell me they appreciate my work so thats pretty cool too and uplifting.

They give opportunities for training and growth that other janitorial companies do not offer. Ive worked for a few janitorial companies in the past and Team MJV is by far the best!!

Team MJV is a joke. They hire people and never train them to do the job they are hired for. You could clean an entire building and make it look great and they will walk in and only tell you things that need to be done with no appreciation that youve literally turned an account around for the better. There is absolutely zero communication. The Regional Manager of my area was fired and even though she was the person I was supposed to report to, I was not told she was fired for another 3 weeks. For 3 weeks any questions I had or days off I needed were disregarded because they would not inform any employees about the Regional Manager being let go. Common courtesy would have been to inform employees and let them know who they could contact in the mean time. They have lost TWO ACCOUNTS in the time I have worked for them. They failed to tell me that they lost the account until the very last day and then transfered me 20+ miles where they ultimately lost another account. They hired a part time employee and let me go a week later because Overstaffing at the place I was at. Common sense would be to move the part time employee or let them go instead of letting the full time employee go. They hire anyone off the street with no manager experience to be a coach or a manager. I was told to work at a site and Spy on other employees to find out if they are doing their job right because upper management couldnt be bothered to visit the site on their own. They will let corruption slide so that they do not have to hire and train new employees. I have tried for WEEKS to get in touch with the corporate office AND the new regional manager to receive my W2 only to be ignored with no call or text back. Common courtesy, communication and Professionalism is something this company severely lacks and they are baffled when they lose contracts left and right, but Im sure they will try to cover up anything I say 😂

I worked for Team MJV for a year and a half after they took over the account at Buchanan Community Schools in Southwest MI. I was with the the previous company. I love my job up until this school year started. I was the assistant site coach even though I dont what that titles means. I was never given detail on what I was supoose to do and 99% of the time I was covering more than one route a night due to lack of hiring. I feel like I was set up to fail. I was blindsided when they told me they did away with my position company wide. But they wanted me to play a bigger roll with school events. So they made up a position for me. I feel was so I would show the new site coach the ins and outs of the High school. As soon as she caught on, I was moved to a different school and my hours were cut to part time. As a single mother of 3, I couldnt afford that. Not only were mine cut but almost every one else too. People who had been at Buchanan Schools for years. Those who were there before MJV including myself, have built relationships with all the staff at Buchanan and with each other. It saddens me to leave Buchanan Schools. I was born and raised in Buchanan. I walked those very halls as a student. As did my mother, grandparents and many, many in my family. My grandpa has ran the chains at almost every home varsity football game for 30+ years. Working at Buchanan Schools wasnt just a job for me. It was so much more than that. Thank you Buchanan Community Schools for making me and the custodial staff feel appreciated and a part of something. I will miss you all. Team MJV, not so much

It wasnt a good experience at all. I worked for them and got harassed by my team lead and when I called the corporate office about it I ended up being the one that got fired.

Absolutely horriable place to work. I was hired in such an unprofessional manner. I was scheduled two interviews and showed up for both only for the coaches to not show. At my sec interview they had to call the coach and she then asked the security guard to take a photo of my social security card and id on her personal phone and send it to her. I never heard back from them after repeatedly contacting the coaches. Finally i gained contact and was told they were waiting on approval from the company they was contracted to. A week went by i contacted her and coach told me she forgot and just to report to work. I never met anyone of my coaches for 2 weeks after my start date. My payroll has been short every pay period. After numerous lies told to me by coaches i told her i was taking it to the labor board. Next day i reported to work and was fired after being there everyday ontine and praised for my work. I have taking it legal

Team mjv was the worse company I have ever worked for no communication, poor management, they didnt pay me for all the work I did. I went above and beyond for this company to be lied to. Im glad I quit

Worst place to work for. I worked for them for a year came up in positions fast but when i fpund out i was pregnant and told my boss that i was high risk and put on bed rest for 8 days i was asked so are you coming in or do we have to replace you i went in to work and lost my baby in april 2018. I stayed with them a few more months and moved accounts was promised a promotion and never received it. Then in September 2018 my boss pulled a meeting to let my whole team tell me how bad of a job i was doing ( working multiple shifts with barely any help) had to walk 4 hours a day to and from work at 10am to 11pm sometimes 12am. I told my boss im not over my loss and she said i should be by now it was only 5ish months after! They give people who dont know what they are doing titles and then blame the workers under that person they pick. When i tried to let higher up ( owner) know how i felt about me losing my baby i was ignored. They messed my checks up from july all the way up until my last day. I got fired for leaving while on the clock ( forgot to clock out ) i left because my job was to clean and make sure my team done their jobs not babysit others people kids! When i asked if id get paid for watching these peoples kids i was laughed at so i left. Iv tried explaining myself not one wanted or cared to listen to me. Im just one of many others they done and do wrong. DONT EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Not a nice great or even decent place to work.

Team MJV in Greensburg has very poor management and little to no communication! No pay raises at all no matter how long you have worked there. They fill the higher up positions with new people that have no experience instead of seniority in the team. It was an all out bad experience in the year and 26 days I worked there!
